Extreme And Deceptive Abortion Until Birth Amendments Make The Ballot In Arizona, Missouri

This year, Missouri and Arizona were formally added to the list of six states that have fallen victim to extremist-led attempts to include pregnancy until beginning in state constitutions through proposed amendments.

A majority of U. S. adults&nbsp, oppose Liberals ‘ programs to allow abortion through delivery. But voters in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Maryland, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New York, and South Dakota who have no hesitation been duped by flowery calls for “reproductive rights” are poised to determine this November if they will completely help abortion through all nine months in their condition.

Republicans in Missouri specifically had a chance to thwart the Democrats and pro-choice protesters ‘ lies by passing legislation that would have fortified the constitutional amendment process. As Federalist Staff Writer Shawn Fleetwood reported in May, GOP lawmakers yet possessed the vote they needed to kill Liberals ‘&nbsp, 50-hour&nbsp, legislature but decided to reconvene the upper room instead.

The state GOP’s intentional refusal to continue prevented them from standing up for their condition and voters ‘ pro-life principles against extremists who are determined to increase the influence of the abortion industry following the U.S. Supreme Court’s Dobbs v. Jackson decision.

Pregnancy in Missouri is now banned except in instances of&nbsp, health crises. The proposed amendment&nbsp, introduced&nbsp, by the ill-named Settlers for Constitutional Freedom and certified by the Missouri Secretary of State’s Office on Tuesday, however, particularly seeks to completely allow abortion by adding a “right to biological freedom” to the state law.

Anyone in the state will be able to “make and carry out decisions about all matters relating to” what the state refers to as “reproductive health care.” However, the fair ballot language on the website of the Missouri Secretary of State accurately states that the amendment allows “abortion at any time of a pregnancy.”

Additionally, it prevents the state from passing laws “designed to protect women undergoing abortions and forbid any civil or criminal action against anyone who aborts and kills or hurts the pregnant women.”

According to Stephanie Bell, a spokeswoman for Missouri Stands with Women,” the measure takes away the right to file a lawsuit for malpractice and obtain compensation from every person who loses a child or a loved one because of negligence during pregnancy, labor, or delivery,” according to Stephanie Bell, a spokeswoman for the Missouri Independent.

Sue Liebel, the regional director for SBA Pro-Life America in the Midwestern region, warned that if the Missouri amendment is passed, it would “impose on the taxpayer the burden of funding horrific late-term abortions.”

” Missouri’s all-trimester abortion&nbsp, amendment gives the abortion industry a free pass from operating under any health and safety requirements from the state”, she said in a statement. &nbsp,” With Missouri Planned Parenthood business ‘ record of breaking the law, women and girls will be at risk if&nbsp, the state’s abortion industry &nbsp, goes&nbsp, unregulated”.

In just the last few years, Liebel said Missouri Planned Parenthoods were” caught using&nbsp, moldy&nbsp, abortion equipment, &nbsp, trafficking-children-out-of-state-to-obtain-abortions-without-parental-consent/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>ignoring informed consent laws, &nbsp, trafficking-children-out-of-state-to-obtain-abortions-without-parental-consent/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>disregarding&nbsp, the law for 15 years to report when a woman has a complication, and&nbsp, allegedly being willing to&nbsp, traffick&nbsp, a 13-year-old out of state”.

In Arizona, thanks to recent certification from the secretary of state, voters will decide on a proposed amendment that seeks to add what Democrats, including&nbsp, Vice President Kamala Harris&nbsp, and outside abortion groups such as&nbsp, ACLU and Planned Parenthood, have painted as a “fundamental right to abortion” to the state constitution.

A majority of Americans support Arizona law currently outlaws abortions after 15 weeks. The proposed amendment’s broad, broad language relies on “viability,” which it refuses to define and instead leaves it up to a health care professional’s subjective judgment. The amendment also prevents the state from passing or&nbsp, enforcing laws&nbsp, punishing abortionists for killing babies.

The proposed amendment states that” the State will not be able to interfere with the good-faith judgment of a treating health care professional that an abortion is necessary to protect the life or health of the pregnant individual throughout the pregnancy, both before and after fetal viability.” The State will not be able to fine anyone for aiding or assisting a pregnant woman in exercising her right to an abortion.
