Republicans Are Finally Catching Up On The Left’s Biggest Rig Of 2024 Election

From Pennsylvania to Texas, conservatives are fighting back against the Biden administration’s biggest rig of the 2024 election, with a host of lawsuits challenging the executive branch abuse that is” Bidenbucks” — aka” KamalaCash” .&nbsp,

As The Federalist reported next year, attorneys general from nine states— Iowa, Kansas, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, and South Dakota— filed a federal complaint asking a U. S. district court in Wichita, Kansas, to shut down President Joe Biden’s senior order that mobilizes governmental agencies to file and organize left-leaning voters. &nbsp,

The multi-state complaint is just the most recent attempt to refute Biden’s proclamation, which uses your tax dollars to fund the massive campaign to choose Democrats in November and the following election. While the grievances make persuasive circumstances, the harm from Bidenbucks-KamalaCash may already be done. &nbsp,

    ‘ Pushing Back ‘

The Heritage Foundation’s Hans von Spakovsky believes the best petition of the bunch is America First Policy Institute et al v. Biden, filed in Texas national court on behalf of U. S. Reps. Ronny Jackson and Beth Van Duyne, both Lone Star State Republicans, and Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose. &nbsp,

” It goes through great detail in describing the different points the administration has done and why it’s unlawful”, von Spakovsky, older legal fellow in The Heritage Foundation’s Edwin Meese III Center for Legal and Judicial Studies, told me in a phone interview. The constitutionally questionable professional order and the claims challenging it have been thoroughly examined by the former Federal Election Commission part. &nbsp,

The Administrative Procedure Act, which mandates that federal agencies publish and notify any fresh rule with the opportunity for people to comment, is at the heart of the legitimate argument. Von Spakovsky added that the organization also needs to provide a rationale for the law. The Biden administration has not accomplished that by proposing a radical shift that would legalize vote membership. &nbsp,

According to the complaint cited by the America First Policy Institute, supporters of the Biden administration proclamation have estimated that governmental organizations may file an extra 3.5 million citizens. The campaign will” substantially impact the result of those elections, thereby directly affecting the rights of countless millions of different voters.”

Untold numbers of illegal immigrants and another noncitizens have poured through Biden’s open border over the past three and a half years, which is of equal urgency. &nbsp,

” We are pushing back on Biden’s unconstitutional attempt to destroy federal agencies into a leftwing election activity that opens the doors to noncitizen election and all manner of lawbreaking”, Ken Blackwell, president of AFPI’s Center for Election Integrity, said in a July 12 push release. We ask for a judge order to stop it by just enforcing federal laws because Congress has not authorized or funded any of this. The America First Policy Institute continues to lead the charge toward making voting simple but impossible.

    Forbidden Partisan Political Exercise

The separation of powers argument is prevalent in some lawsuits, with the most prominent one being that Biden’s executive order used taxpayer money to circumvent congressional appropriation power to fund a massive, politically motivated GOTV plan. &nbsp,

Ashcroft et al v. Biden, a complaint filed by Missouri and Arkansas alleges that the administration has “imposed burdens and expenses on state and local government in violation of legal principles of federalism.” Additionally, the executive order imposes that “executive unit employees violate the Hatch Act” and participate in prohibited political social activity. An Act to Prevent Pernicious Political Activities, a term used by governmental legal service members, is prohibited by the 85-year-old laws from involving in social activity while on the task. &nbsp,

The Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project’s emails, as The Federalist reported, reveal that the Bureau of Indian Education intended to use students from government-run native schools to support the voter-registration campaign. Additionally, records reveal that Deb Haaland, Biden’s interior secretary, may have crossed the Hatch Act line, which prohibits executive branch employees from engaging in blatant political behavior while on the job. &nbsp,

    Even More Egregious’

Democrat Party operatives and actors are alleged to be involved in Biden’s voter registration fiat, according to documents obtained through Freedom of Information Act requests. Their involvement in what opponents claim is a noble democratic initiative sults in partisan politics with a goal of obtaining Democratic votes. &nbsp,

According to the U.S. Government Accountability Office, Von Spakovsky claimed that the Antideficiency Act, which “prohibits federal agencies from obligating or expending federal funds in advance or in excess of an appropriation, and from accepting voluntary services,” is at the heart of many of the lawsuits. The election law expert claimed that there is another issue with third-party organizations hired to implement the executive order at federal facilities. Under the Antideficiency Act, federal agencies cannot accept “voluntary services” — with the exception of “emergenc]ies] involving the safety of human life or the protection of property”. Voter registration drives clearly do n’t meet such emergency standards, von Spakovsky said. &nbsp,

A township election official in Michigan and the former president and former Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump are alleging that leftist-led Michigan’s use of the Department of Veterans Affairs and the U.S. Small Business Administration as voter registration arms is in violation of state and federal law, which grants such authority to the legislature, not the governor. &nbsp,

Secretary of State for far-left Swing state Michigan, Jocelyn Benson, and the federal agencies have a long-term agreement that targets left-leaning voters specifically. In July, U. S. Rep. Roger Williams, R-Texas, chairman of the House Committee on Small Business, blasted the Michigan Department of State for its “electioneering” partnership with the SBA.

In a letter to Benson, Williams wrote that” the Committee’s investigation found that 39 of the 52 small business outreach events currently scheduled in Michigan from January through November 2024 coincidentally take place in counties with the highest demographics targeted by the Democratic National Committee ( DNC),” which Williams described as “perhaps even more egregious.” &nbsp,

” Additionally, the SBA Administrator and Deputy Administrator have traveled to Michigan to meet 100 percent of the population in the counties with the highest DNC target demographics. While the SBA claims no actual voter registration efforts have occurred, it is curious that the SBA Administrator, appointed to help all small businesses thrive, has concentrated her efforts in areas key to the Biden campaign securing re-election”, Williams added. &nbsp,

    ‘ We’re Paying for It’

As The Federalist has reported, a group of Pennsylvania Republican lawmakers have taken their” Bidenbucks-KamalaCash” complaint to the U. S. Supreme Court, arguing, as other litigation claims, that Biden’s edict usurps congressional and state legislative authority on elections. The lawsuit, led by Pennsylvania State Rep. Dawn Keefer, alleges the executive order violates the state’s constitutional right to establish the time, place, and manner of elections. Further, it contends that the federalization of voter registration “usurps the state legislature’s powers and violates the state legislators ‘ federal civil rights under the Electors Clause and the Elections Clause.” The U.S. Supreme Court declared it would not consider the appeal until it returned in late September, ending its last term without considering the challenge.

The legal team is completing the appellate briefing process in a lower court, according to Erick Kaardal, an attorney in the Pennsylvania lawsuit. They anticipate that the district court will issue an injunction against Bidenbucks by late September, which would prompt the high court to rule on the standing issue. Additionally, other lawsuits are requesting a court order to overturn the executive order. &nbsp,

Kaardal told me last week,” I ca n’t think of a lawsuit that is more significant than this one.” &nbsp,

However, early voting begins in less than a month, and it appears that the Biden administration’s GOTV system has been buzzing ever since the president signed the executive order in March 2021. Why did the Republican Party and state officials have to wait so long to intervene in the Democrats ‘ election interference scheme? Election integrity advocates claim that the power and scope of an executive order, which makes” Zuckbucks” look like chump change, was the short answer. They’re playing catch-up. &nbsp,

” We’re paying for it”, Kaardal said. ” We have government officials cooperating with]leftist NGOs ] to do this. To me that’s unforgivable, working with nonprofits to influence elections”.
