A Las Vegas couple was detained from an American Airlines aircraft at Miami International Airport after resisting deboarding the aircraft when the aircraft attendant asked them to do so because the man was deeply bleeding from his mind. When the airlines team approached them and asked Eugenio to clear up the blood coming out of his mind, Yusleydis Blanca Loyola, 32, and Ernesto Ernesto Hernandez-Garnier, 27, were flying from Miami. He claimed he had no community bandage and that he had never gotten off.
The request soon turn into an altercation as Eugenio said,” If we ca n’t fly, no one else can either”. The debate, in which she constantly claimed her partner had surgery, was captured on video by Lyola Lopez on TikTok.
After their arrests, they were initially taken to a doctor before being imprisoned. Following their statement that the dentist had cleared them for flying, they were released on Tuesday night. A flight attendant “tells me you either get out, or I’m gonna call the police”, Eugenio said, adding he was in anguish from the procedure. ” I said, call the police, because that’s inequity. I paid my trip. I do n’t have nothing illegal in my packet. Everything is good”.
Loyola said she was also in pain after witnessing the affair. She claimed that the soldiers were sexist and that she was being treated unfairly and abused.
In Las Vegas, the whole aircraft had to depart, which delayed the trip. On suspicion of” trespassing,” the pair were called to the scene and taken into custody.
” After a short time of resisting to been handcuffed, they were immediately placed under arrest”, authorities said.
A declaration and an apology from American Airlines confirm the affair. ” During boarding of American Airlines flight 1858 on Aug. 19 with service from Miami ( MIA ) to Las Vegas ( LAS ), two customers became disruptive and were non-compliant with crewmember instructions”, the spokesperson said. Law enforcement “reached and removed both users from the plane.” We applaud our crew members ‘ expertise and express our regret to our customers for the pain they caused.
