J6 Prisoner for 3+ Years With No Trial Gets News That Feds Aren’t Done Torturing Him

The January 6 rebel is currently facing new  charges after more than three years of being imprisoned in the D.C. prison and moving around several prisons to make it hard for his lawyers to locate him. However, he has n’t faced trial yet for the first round of charges against him. Lang has been imprisoned for more than three centuries and has been awaiting trial for his crimes on January 6, 2021. &nbsp,

During his years in prison, Lang has been put in solitary confinement and” the needle” several times. He’s kept his head up, led attempts to get help to various January 6 accused including financial aid, and been a celebration to a situation, Fischer v. United States, &nbsp, that went all the way to the U. S. Supreme Court.

And that final touch of SCOTUS data has irritated U.S. Attorney Matthew Graves and another D.C. prosecutors who snuck a crazy Sarbanes-Oxley cost of interference with an official proceeding past the rubber-stamped prosecution. Years later, this past July, the Supreme Court ruled the use of that charge was too general and&nbsp, had n’t been tried before, and therefore vacated the ruling by the black-robed robots in the D. C. Circuit.

But Graves, &nbsp, the man&nbsp, whose task is to prosecute all acts in the District of Columbia, has spent most of his time going after J6 aunts. During this whole period, there’s been an explosion in violence. Deaths, murders of government employees, and carjackings have gone star — including one involving Supreme Court Justice&nbsp, Sonia Sotomayor. And there was Graves, intent on creating the most hellacious-looking phony rebellion by arrogating almost all the circumstances to the D. C. authorities, where he could&nbsp, personally&nbsp, control their results for his leaders, Merrick Garland, Joe Biden, and Kamala Harris. &nbsp,

And Jake Lang and another J6ers are incarcerated in the prison, while Matthew Graves, the self-same Matthew Graves, has declined to prosecute those who allegedly set churches on fireplace, tore down figures, sprayed federal buildings, and actually did disrupt state meetings. &nbsp,

On January 6, Jake Lang did n’t go to school. He and people attempted to protect Rosanne Boyland from being crushed and overthrown by the police chemical mist, but law enforcement and teargas prevented him from entering the Capitol. She was lying unconscious on the ground when a law enforcement officer, a woman, grabbed her stick and beat Boyland to the head and neck. She later died at his foot. After watching the conquering, the police suddenly took her body and dragged her away to declare her dying. &nbsp,

Lang and another enraged people yelled that the authorities were murderers as they entered the West Tunnel. ” You’re a murderer!”! a man’s voice&nbsp, yells&nbsp, over the audience toward the officers.

Because Lang was also charged with the Section 1512 ( c ) ( 2 ) charge and the feds lost their rationale for using it at the U. S. Supreme Court, Graves removed it from Lang’s indictment. Yet, in what looks like yet another work of despite by this counsel, he went to a D. C. Grand Jury, served up another bacon sandwich, and got fresh charges against Lang in the last week. &nbsp,

Folks like Andy McCarthy, a former federal prosecutor, tell us that stacking related charges against defendants would be irresponsible, adding more sanctions and a loss of liberty. But that’s precisely what Graves did to Lang. Using&nbsp, the rules to negotiate political values used to be at best irresponsible. Never so in a Merrick Garland, Joe Biden, and Kamala Harris earth. &nbsp,

Jake Lang and Team Kamala Harris are no tweeting links to provide loan money. &nbsp,

In his first accusation in 2021, Lang was charged with 11 criminal charges. Two of those were for kicking or biting a police officer. Then, in the overriding accusation, Lang has 12 costs, eight of which are interfering with or&nbsp, assaulting&nbsp, a officer. Additionally, he has been accused of violating four different laws that relate to using force against federal home. &nbsp,

Lang’s lawyers have also filed gestures to rush on his trial until after the Supreme Court decision, so they’ve had a finger in the pause of righteousness, but for good reason. &nbsp,

This notorious and dishonest prosecutor has since altered the legal framework in Lang’s situation and perhaps some other cases&nbsp, too.

Jake Lang has spent more than three years behind bars at some of the worst prisons in the world. If the goal is making the process the sentence, then also played: vision accomplished. Then, it’s time to let him out of jail. &nbsp,

People who tried to burn down a federal court in Portland, Ore., in 2020 were n’t punished to the extent that Jake Lang has. The majority of the arrestees were charged with assaulting police and other crimes far worse than Jake Lang did on January 6. In Portland and various locations, the same people staged thousands of other protests. &nbsp,

Lang’s test is cautiously set for early November. &nbsp,
