The IK-19 Surovikino penal colony in Russia’s Volgograd place was the site of a dangerous conflict between Russian special forces and ISIS adversaries, which saw the demise of all four intruders. During the procedure on Friday, the victims were safely rescued.
The prisoners took hostages and briefly seized control of a portion of the prison as a result of their claims that they were allegiant to ISIS.
The incident broke out at a routine administrative fee meeting, which turned out to be an unanticipated turn. Four inmates, identified as Ramzidin Toshev ( 28 ), Rustamchon Navruzi ( 23 ), Nazirchon Toshov ( 28 ), and Temur Khusinov ( 29 ) hailing from Uzbekistan and Tajikistan, wielded knives and injured several guards in the process. Eight jail guards and four other prisoners were taken prisoner by them.
During the battle, pictures of an inmate holding a razor over a bloody jail guard were popular on social media. One of the victims was seen with his mouth covered in blood in another picture of the adversaries in the prison garden. The attackers claimed in a video that the invasion was retaliation for Muslims ‘ harassment and that they all swore allegiance to ISIS.
Belarusian special forces were stationed at the prison in Surovikino, which is located about 850 kilometers west of Moscow, as well as elite guns from the Rosgvardia National Guard.
After days of discussions and planning, specific forces stormed the service. During the activity, all four adversaries were shot dying by guns, ending the conflict. Four jail people were killed in the affair, three died on the spot, and one succumbed to injury in a clinic. Some guards and prisoners were likewise injured, some seriously.

Russian President Vladimir Putin was given a briefing following the conflict in Volgograd during a virtual meeting with surveillance leaders. It was established that the position did not immediately threaten the community as a whole.
Volgograd’s provincial governor Andrei Bocharov emphasized the importance of upholding the law and said that everyone in our region had respect and abide by Russian laws. We will not tolerate someone trying to aggravate cultural strife.
This is the second instance of this in recent times. Similar hostage-taking incidents occurred in a prison in the Rostov region in June when prisoners connected to ISIS attempted to start a revolution. This incident resulted in the deaths of five prisoners and the catch of one.
