Democrats also believe Kamala Harris you win the election, in your opinion? I do n’t even think the Biden-Harris administration thinks she’ll win. This consider the evidence. &nbsp,

Second, you have the Biden-Harris management trying, but again, to set Trump in jail with the latest accusation from special lawyers Jack Smith. The Supreme Court eviscerated Smith’s event earlier this year with its resistance decision, and not willing to accept fight, he tried again, mere weeks before the presidential election. &nbsp,

There must be a reason why the Biden-Harris supervision is still using the Justice Department to halt Trump, it’s hard to believe.

The Biden-Harris leadership is acting in this manner as it anticipates Trump’s victory. According to records The Daily Caller obtained, the Biden-Harris administration “has deployed a little-known hiring process to staff key units of the Department of Justice ahead of the 2024 poll”, in order to” Trump-proof” the office.

Since President Joe Biden took office, hundreds of people have been hired by the DOJ’s” Schedule A” hiring power, according to documents obtained by Protect the Public’s Trust from the Daily Caller News Foundation. This is in addition to the hundreds of people who have been appointed to the Environmental and Natural Resources, Antitrust, and Immigration Review divisions of the DOJ.

According to the Office of Budget and Management, Schedule A choosing does not mandate sessions to be made on the basis of merit and do not expire at the end of the latest government’s name. This means that these officials will continue working even if former president Donald Trump takes office in 2025.

The interviewing process is intended to benefit people with “intellectual disabilities, serious physical disabilities or medical disabilities” but it can also be used to people professional positions as chaplains, scientists, and attorneys or to complete important hiring needs, according to federal regulations.

Protect the Public’s Trust Director Michael Chamberlain stated in a press release that the Biden-Harris administration and its allies have already indicated their intention to stifle a potential president’s agenda. ” This scheme may include employing non-competitive hiring authorities to fill career civil service positions. It’s no wonder that the public’s trust in its government has all but disappeared”.

According to the report, the Biden-Harris Justice Department has used Schedule A to hire over 100 immigration judges for its Immigration Review division, bypassing the usual merit-based system. Given the rising backlog of immigration cases, which increased from 1.3 million at the end of 2020 to 3 million under the current administration, these judges are tasked with deciding the fate of noncitizens in the United States. Protect the Public’s Trust claims that this hiring method is part of a strategy to install judges who are likely to support the administration’s open-border policies.

The DOJ also used Schedule A to hire numerous trial attorneys for its Environmental and Natural Resources Division and the Antitrust Division, in addition to bolstering the Immigration Review division. These hires once more go against the administration’s goals, including advancing its climate and energy policies and adopting a more aggressive stance on antitrust enforcement. &nbsp,

Protect the Public’s Trust argues these appointments are part of a broader effort to” Trump-proof” the federal government.

Why would you” Trump-proof” the federal government if you are confident that he’s going to lose?
