According to the Telegraph, Chief Medical Officer Professor Chris Whitty, the prime minister, Keir Starmer, with the support of the government, has made the decision to proceed with the outside restrictions. The proposed restrictions would also apply to places outside institutions, hospitals, children’s play places, and little gardens, with users facing similar constraints. However, private houses, big parks, and highways are expected to remain intact.
