A well-organized kitchen is simplify meal preparation and reduce food waste, but a recent fad on social media has taken this concept to a whole new level. Lately, people have been transforming their coolers into eye-catching features. They’re decorating inside their fridges with beautiful picture frames, new flowers, and other artistic touches. This pattern is transforming common food storage into a fashionable and intellectual display, and it’s generating both online debate and interest.
    What is fridgescaping?
Your refrigerator’s interior should be decorated like any other room in your house, according to Fridgescaping. People are using enchanting storage containers like green glass pitchers and old cylindrical butter dishes to arrange produce like bouquets of artichokes in vases.
    A pattern dividing thoughts
The pattern has polarized visitors. Some people find a wonderfully curated kitchen to be lovely, while others find it to be overdone.
Fridgescaping is n’t a completely new idea. Kathy Perdue, a retired custom, first coined the term in a 2011 website blog. Her strategy focused on carefully arranging and beautifying common food products. But, the fridgescapes seen on TikTok are often much more complex, resembling complex Christmas features.
Why is fridgescaping becoming so popular?
Beyond simply looking nice, fridgescaping has some useful benefits. Fridgescapers make their meals more visible and accessible by including meal into the décor, such as berries in a mason jar or vegetables in a porcelain basket. This helps to reduce food waste by preventing lost things from becoming odorless.
Fridgescaping can also increase the excitement of eating. Popular fridgescaper Lynzi Judish shared on TikTok that decorating her cooler has inspired her and her husband to experiment with their foods. She said,” Having so many wonderful things in the kitchen has made our meals more inventive.”
Also, fridgescaping helps with cleaning. The procedure typically begins with a thorough cleaning of the refrigerator, and regular painting encourages order. ” Because the kitchen is so clean all the time, all I need to do is sweep down the cabinets”, Judish explained.
