President Joe Biden is delivering his remarks as he begins his” Investing in America” content series, which is aimed at touting his administration’s accomplishments.
Biden did speak from the White House at 2 p. m. EDT.

The president made the remarks at a Pittsburgh march for her campaigning against the senator while he was accompanied by Vice President Kamala Harris. Harris was Biden’s running mate and he had been considering a second word, but he dropped out of the race and supported her for the top of the Democratic ticket in July.
