Hunter Biden has decided to confess innocent to tax avoidance and has pulled the pitcher out of his defence.
Shortly before judge collection began, Hunter’s attorney, Abby Lowe, told the jury that Hunter plans to enter what’s called an Alford appeal.  ,  ,

FACT-O-RAMA! An Alford appeal implies that the plaintiff does not admit guilt but acknowledges that the trial has the necessary proof to support grief. It frequently results in a lessening of the word. In West Virgina, it is referred to as a” Kennedy plea”.
Three crimes and six misdemeanor counts involving fees worth$ 1.4 million were included in the indictment, which has since been paid.

At a pre-trial movements hearing on August 21, it became apparent that the First Family may find it very uncomfortable as the evidence was presented because prosecutors would have to summon witnesses and present evidence to show that millions of dollars in expenses were company expenses rather than private. That meant that the jurors and the American government had hear testimony from people Hunter had supposedly paid for sex, and records from an online dating site.
Special lawyers David Weiss, who attempted to sneak in a sweet plea deal for Hunter that a judge rejected, alleges that Hunter Biden “engaged in a four-year system to not pay at least$ 1.4 million in self-assessed federal income he owed for duty years 2016 through 2019 from in or about January 2017 through in or about October 15, 2020, and to escape the tax year 2018 analysis by filing false returns in or about February 2020.”

Weiss added that Hunter” subverted the payroll and tax withholding process of his own company, Owasco, PC” by removing millions from the business without the company’s intended payroll and tax withholding process.
According to the indictment, Hunter’s “business expenses” included:
- $ 43, 693 to stay at the Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood
- $ 30, 000 for his daughter’s tuition at Columbia Law School
- $ 11, 500 for two nights with an escort
- $ 3, 947 at a strip club
- $ 1, 727 for a Lamborghini rental
- $ 275 for dinner at the Nobu restaurant
Hunter is still awaiting sentencing for his three felony convictions for buying a gun while he was pumped up on crack.
Joe Biden publicly stated he would not pardon Hunter, but if you believe that, I’d like to sell you Dottoe, my invisible unicorn.
