Kamil Kasimov, a deal man from Russia who fled Russia for Kazakhstan last year to prevent being deployed to the Ukraine, has received a six-year sentence in Russia, according to the 72. ru website.
Despite having legal residency in Kazakhstan, Kasimov was charged with being excluded without realize following his arrest in April.
According to the IStories website, Kazakh law forbids abduction for military offenses and concludes that Kasimov was improperly transported to Russia from Kazakhstan.
Kazakh right advocate Artur Alkhasov previously claimed Kasimov was detained after his arrest in a Russian military base in northern Kazakhstan.
