Before Tuesday night’s argument against Donald Trump, Kamala Harris has a significant issue. That is, she has trick citizens into believing that the status quo is over, even when she is the status quo.
Following her falsehood-laden statement at the Democrat National Convention and wayward sit-down interview with CNN’s Dana Bash, it’s become clear that Harris, the sitting vice chairman, is attempting to shape herself as the participant of” change”. The Democrat nominee hopes to sell the idea that Trump, who has n’t been in office for nearly four years, is to blame for the catastrophic failures caused by the Biden-Harris administration by repursing generic phrases like” It’s time to turn the page.”
In a Monday content by the anti-speech New York Times, writers Katie Rogers and Erica Green point out that Harris will have to decide whether to support or distance herself from President Biden and his plans in a time when surveys indicate that some Americans are “hungry for alter.” These “reporters” of course eagerly acknowledged the widespread economic suffering brought on by the Biden-Harris mission, stating that one of Harris ‘ “most glaring flaws is an economy that is secure but whose benefits some voters claim they never feel.”
But Harris ca n’t “turn the page” when her name is written all over it. Harris ca n’t deny the fact that she has been riding shotgun next to the man who has scuttled America off a cliff for the past four years, despite her best efforts to distance herself from Biden.
High gasoline and food prices, a wide-open southern borders, fatal foreign policy, and skyrocketing refinance prices are not only features of the Biden-Harris agenda — they’re products of it. And despite Democrats ‘ best efforts, there’s no denying Harris ‘ role in helping foment several of these disasters. Does the brand of “border king” melody familiar to anyone?
While private battle aides have often claimed the Democrat candidate has changed her extreme left-wing positions, Harris herself has given no sign she’s “flip-flopped” on any of her earlier views. Nor has she telegraphed any plans to “turn the page” from the administration’s current policies.
If anything, Harris has doubled down on them, telling Bash that her “values have not changed”.
During Tuesday’s debate, Americans can anticipate seeing this haughty strategy at work. Harris will likely placate the Democrat base with unspecific pledges to stand by the “values” of the Biden-Harris administration’s extremist agenda, while also painting a dishonest image for middle-of-the-road voters that she’s a fresh face emblematic of a new era in American politics.
On November 5, whether Americans will support such absurdity will be decided. But the fact remains: If the Biden-Harris administration is as super-duper successful as Harris wants voters to believe, she would n’t be doing everything in her power to whitewash her role in it.
