
When Maecee Lathers caused a fatal accident in Miami, police body camera footage revealed that she was in a confused state and was allegedly using the drug “pink cocaine” when she was reportedly in a confused state. She was seen face downward, naked, and vomiting in the video images.
The self-declared social media unit from New York is facing serious legal issues after allegedly intoxicated in Miami’s city on August 10th, according to the costs. The motion resulted in the deaths of Abraham Molina and Jesus Rubio, and injury to Molina’s fiancée, Juanita Hernandez.

Molina and Rubio were both seriously hurt when the collision occurred, but Hernandez was still unharmed. Lathers faces claims of vehicular homicide, reckless driving, driving with a suspended permit, and causing injury.
Hernandez described the horror on a GoFundMe page, stating,” Abraham’s boy, just 16 years old, has been left without the passion and care of his father, who was his entire world”.
According to reports, Lathers ‘ system was found to contain several medications, according to reports.
Lathers was originally placed under house arrest with GPS tracking, but he was recently released after prosecutors added DUI murder charges.
Hearing is scheduled for September 16th.
The judicial detention hearing for Massages is set for September 16. If convicted of DUI homicide, she may face up to 30 years in prison.
