Pennsylvania’s Democrat-controlled high judge shot down left-wing presidential candidate Cornel West’s pay to look on the country’s 2024 vote.

The Keystone State’s highest court upheld a lower court’s decision to deny West’s request for vote access in a apparently anonymous order. In that decision, Commonwealth Court Judge Renee Cohn Jubelirer sided&nbsp, with the office of Secretary of State Al Schmidt “in rejecting West’s election paperwork”, according to the Washington Examiner.

Schmidt’s company had argued that” the documents lacked the documents for 14 of the 19 national delegates required by the Aug. 1 processing deadline”, according to the store.

Due to Monday’s choice, Schmidt asserted that a final decision in West’s event by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court would permit counties to start printing vote for the November election. Schmidt is a self-professed” Democratic” and was appointed by Democrat Gov. Josh Shapiro.

According to reports, he said,” We’ll confirm the standard listing once the court decides that,” and counties can then begin making arrangements to mail out vote and have voters go to a state election office to apply in person.

James Clymer and Claudia De la Cruz, who are running for state president in Pennsylvania, were denied access to the country’s poll for 2024 on Friday, according to a separate ruling from the state’s Supreme Court. According to ABC News, De la Cruz attempted to run for the left-wing Party for Socialism and Liberation, while Clymer reportedly vowed to do so.

Left-wing efforts to keep West and another third-party individuals off the November ballot are not exclusive to Pennsylvania, yet. Democrats have been tampering with the legal structure for the past few months to hurt Vice President Kamala Harris ‘ chances of winning.

Last year, Democrats properly convinced two Fulton County courts to push West and De la Cruz off Georgia’s 2024 vote. After Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger approved, they both agreed to be on the November vote.

While Democrats were ineffective in removing left-wing Green Party member Jill Stein from Georgia and Wisconsin’s individual vote, they did find her booted off Nevada’s vote. As I previously wrote in these webpages, the Silver State’s high court&nbsp, “agreed&nbsp, with condition Democrats ‘ claims that the Green Party used wrong petition speech on its unique complaint”.

The petition language used by the next group, however, was provided by the company of Secretary of State Cisco Aguilar, a Democrat. The court’s majority, however, rejected this obscene work by the senator’s business, arguing that the Green Party’s “reliance on the test plea received from the Secretary cannot be justified by [its ] use of the correct circulator affidavit.”

After attempting to impede Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s work to get into the battleground state, Democrats are now trying to keep his name on these says ‘ votes after he dropped out and supported Donald Trump last quarter.

For instance, after Democrats fought to keep Kennedy’s name on the 2024 ballot in the Tarheel State, the North Carolina Supreme Court almost had to move in last week to allow it to be removed. Democrats ‘ efforts to keep Kennedy on Michigan’s vote proved effective, but, after the country’s highest court permitted Democrat Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson to do so on Sept. 9.
