Eric Adams, the mayor of baffling New York City, asserts that the Feds are indicting him for not fully adhering to the Biden Administration’s illegal immigrant policy.
The Department of Justice’s 57-page, five-count prosecution is the first in its history to charge a sitting mayor of New York City.

The expenses include: conspiracy to commit wire fraud, call of a commitment by a foreign nationwide, and corruption, which in full could lead to 45 years in prison if Adams is convicted on all matters.
The DOJ raided the president’s residence on Sept 26, after decades of search warrants, mobile convulsions, and subpoenas served against major City Hall officials, including best advisors and his NYPD Commissioner.
In light of the numerous ongoing criminal investigations involving his presidency, Adams declared that he would fight the various governmental criminal charges brought against him.
Adams was the only big-city National president to have spoken out about the migratory crisis. He was a Democrat and a former ally of the Biden Administration.
The mayor of New York has been accused of allegedly receiving campaign contributions and other benefits from foreigners in exchange for favors like pressuring town officials to approve the opening of the Greek embassy in Manhattan as Brooklyn Borough President in 2014.  ,
Another, but far more severe. Adams is accused of defrauding the public into getting$ 10 million in battle funds for his gubernatorial campaign in New York City, a command he denies knowing.

Adams released a video speech from his home in Gracie Mansion days before the FBI raided it, stating,” If I am charged, I know I am honest. I’ll demand that the truth be revealed right away so that New Yorkers can attend a test.
I put the people of New York before group and elections when the federal government did everything because its broken immigration laws overloaded our house technique with no alleviation, despite our requests.
” Now, many people may say I should resign because I ca n’t manage the city while fighting the case because I am charged.” I can understand how regular New Yorkers may feel that they cannot perform their jobs while being accused,” Adams continued.
Damian Williams, the U. S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, slammed Adams at a press conference saying,” He told the public he received no items, even after he was being showered with them”, Williams said.  ,” This was a multi-year plan to purchase favor with a legislator on the rise: Eric Adams”.
Other Democrats who smell foul on Adams have now urged him to step down, such as City Comptroller Brad Lander, and governor Kathy Hochul of New York, who is under pressure to do so under a flimsy law.

In an effort to make his political return, former government Andrew Cuomo has been discussing the possibility of running for the seats in 2025.
New York’s far-left Public Advocate, Jumaane Williams, had partially taking over City Hall by law if Adams were to move down or been removed, according to New York company officials and social reformers.
Giving power of NYC to Williams, a self-described communist, defund-the-police extreme, and BLM supporter, was direct crime to rapidly roll even more out of control, according to his critics.
Williams will serve as mayor for at least 90 days following a special election in March 2025 if Adams is removed immediately.
