At this point, the contest between businessman Bernie Moreno and left-wing incumbent Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio ) is too close. This might turn out to be the time Ohioans send Brown packaging, given that Donald Trump is now leading the Buckeye State by seven items.  ,

Brown is off by one point within the margin of error, according to the RealClear Politics Average. Since winning a three-way main in the springtime, Moreno, a previous car dealer and social unknown, has quietly but continuously closed the gap. It’s anyone’s think who will win on Election Day given that all elections since September have been conducted within the margin of error.  ,
Although Ohio is a good red position, Brown has been resistant to problems. He’s been in the Senate since 2007, when Ohio was a correct swing position. He completely outsmarted the then-current Republican governor and then-regime Democratic lawmaker in 2006. Mike DeWine, 48-56.
Former Congressman Jim Renaci made a brave attempt to overthrow Brown in 2018, but lost 46-53. Josh Mandel tried in 2012 but lost by six factors. Mitt Romney’s dragging down the GOP ticket ( he lost to Barack Obama by three points ) and Mandel’s campaign’s ineffectiveness contributed to that.  ,
Like Joe Biden, Brown portrays himself as a blue-collar person. He absolutely goes everywhere with tops with blue sleeves ( I dare you to find a photo of him without one ). He claims to be a man of the people, and Ohioans keep falling for the gimmick. In fact, he takes extreme positions on issues like abortion on require throughout pregnancy, transgender players in locker rooms, and their sporting teams.  ,

Brown has held elected office , since 1975, when Gerald Ford was chairman and I was in second grade. He’s the most subdued creature in Washington, but the propaganda campaign to portray him as a mild has been incredibly successful over the years. To his credit, he excels at wholesale elections. After a surprise, an impartial vote in his town showed up to help remove fallen trees. He said he likes Brown. That’s the kind of issue that creates a loyal following among non-ideological citizens.  ,
Republicans have invested millions of dollars in advertising campaigns that expose the actual Sherrod Brown this cycle, including Moreno’s plan and the Senate Leadership Fund.  ,
One campaign from the Senate Leadership Fund declares:  ,
A voting for Sherrod Brown is a voting against Donald Trump. After 31 years in DC, we do n’t need another 6 years of Sherrod Brown’s radical liberal policies, like …
- Late-term, partial-birth pregnancy…
- Transgender natural gentlemen in female ‘ sports and restrooms…
- Sexual change surgeries for kids…
- Amnesty for 11 million illegal newcomers…
Bernie Moreno is necessary for President Trump and Ohio’s Senate, no Sherrod Brown’s liberal chaos of six more years.
He’s voting for they/them…not you. Voting Never on Sherrod Brown!

This is Brown’s most flimsy vote record to date. Despite Moreno’s massive fundraising deficit ($ 24 million to Brown’s$ 89 million ), polling shows that the attacks against Brown are working.  ,
Like Kamala Harris, he’s now trying to portray himself as a border hawk, but we wo n’t know until next Tuesday whether the subterfuge was successful. His criticism of Moreno has mostly been based on his prior company dealings and his relations to Donald Trump. That may sway some of those who do n’t believe in ideology, but it wo n’t have any impact on the GOP base.  ,
In an interesting spin, the Ohio Democratic Party is distributing leaflets to warn voters that Libertarian Don Kissick and Moreno are “bad for Ohio.”
The Ohio Democratic Party, which is known for running terrible, failing campaigns, appears to believe that Promoting Kissick under the false pretense of warning him about his danger does sour votes from Moreno. Is Brown’s plan worried, or is this just another example of the ODP’s campaign failure? I doubt. The ODP found a box of leaflets in a storage area that people forgot to email, and they all dropped them off at the post office the same day, according to a coincidence.  ,

This could be the year Ohio elects one of the most extreme senators in U.S. history, given that Trump currently leads by a sizable margin in Ohio.  ,
