A violent crowd on later Thursday vandalised and set fire to Bangladesh’s ousted Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina‘s partnership, the Jatiya Party’s main office in Dhaka, after conflicts.
Following the group’s announcement to keep a protest in Dhaka on Saturday, activists carrying the Chhatra Sramik Janata banner staged a light march in front of the party’s headquarters.
Witnesses claim that vandals allegedly removed Hussain Muhammad Ershad’s image from the ceiling and removed group signboards.
After the activists left, the fire was contained and by the fire company. Officers and the infantry were stationed in front of the Jatiya Party headquarters following the incident.
” We were carrying a torch march in front of the Jatiya Party business.” When the Jatiya Party’s terrorists stormed our parade from the ceiling of the office, Shakiluzzaman, a president of the political party Gono Audhikar Parishad, who actively participated in the Sheikh Hasina protest, said.

In spite of the main group BNP’s decision to ban the Jatiya Party, which was founded by the later President Hussain Muhammad Ershad, was a member of the Bangladesh Awami League-led Grand Alliance and a participant in the previous three public votes.
Two months ago, a student-led action ousted Bangladesh’s Prime Minister, Sheikh Hasina, after months of protests and conflicts that killed over 600. On August 5, Hasina, 76, fled to India, and Muhammad Yunus, the time leader, was appointed.
