An official-looking packet arrived in the mail on Friday. It was written in profanity by the dark left-wing class the Voter Participation Center.
” Consider, who you vote for is secret, but whether or not you voted is common record”, wrote VPC President Tom Lopach in the email. In an effort to encourage election participation, we’re mailing this to you and your neighbors to share who casts and does n’t cast ballots.
My family was the recipient of the mailer. It included a table with her title, our Michigan target, and her supposed voting record from 2016 to 2022. Although we do not reside anywhere near the roads listed, it added her information to what it says are voting data of our “neighbors.”
After the poll,” We will be reviewing these files to see if you joined your companions in casting your ballot,” Lopach wrote. These are your neighbors ‘ real election information, even though we have kept the name and street number of them a secret to protect their privacy.
My family did not cast a ballot in 2020, according to the mailer. The Charles E. Chamberlain Federal Building‘s address appears on the outside of the mailer’s return address, which is located on Allegan Street, the same city where the secretary of state’s office is located. It appears almost purposefully established, from the big VPC mark on the mailer to the Lansing handle.
The VPC and its” girl” group, the Center for Voter Information, have been sending out equally false and disturbing mail across America, as The Federalist reported.
The state attorney general in Maryland issued a cease-and-desist attempt on Thursday against both organizations for using these mailers to intimidate citizens.
Attorney General Anthony Brown wrote,” Let me be obvious: these unsettling words are intolerable, and Maryland citizens should know that their choice to cast ballot on Election Day is completely own.”
As of September, Project Veritas reported that the organization had sent uninvited absentee ballot programs to thousands of voters nationwide. That quarter, Rep. Claudia Tenney, R-N. Y., demanded that the IRS check the party” for possible violating federal tax laws for tax-exempt” parties.
In September, The Washington Free Beacon reported that the Vlan was targeting its Facebook voter registration ads to good progressive audiences, calibrating ads to prevent people with more generally conventional interests, like Duck Dynasty, John Wayne, and NASCAR.
Oregon authorities warned people in August to be cautious about mail from the VPC and CVI, as they planned to send 20, 000 mail to “five of Oregon’s largest regions”, The Oregonian reported.
The VPC is a nonprofit that launched in 2003 as” Children’s Voices Women Vote”, but it changed its name in 2011, according to InfluenceWatch. John Podesta, Hillary Clinton’s 2016 plan chair, helped found the party. Now, it targets possible Democrat voting coalitions like single women, young people, minorities, and fresh citizens as part of the” Rising National Electorate”— or the” Rising Democrat Majority”. The VPC and CVI have both been known to send erroneous voter registration forms.
