Costs have been filed against a guy in the dying of , Ligonier, Indiana, local Sgt.  , Sarah Roque.
A press release from Fort , Leonard Wood,  , Army Office of Special Test Counsel, announced on Thursday charges against Specialist , Wooster Rancy, 21, with the , 5th Engineer Battalion, in relation to the demise of Roque.
The claims against Rancy are generally related to Roque’s death on October 20 and obstructing justice in violation of Articles 118 and 131b of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Rancy is presumed innocent until proven guilty under the launch, according to the launch. The costs are claims.
Rancy is currently being held in judicial captivity awaiting a preliminary hearing in accordance with Article 32 of the UCMJ.
Rancy is actually from , North Miami, Florida, and serves as a battle expert with the , 509th Clearance Company,  , 5th Engineer Battalion. He joined the Army in 2022 and attended Basic Combat Training at Fort , Leonard Wood.

There are no more releasable information regarding the circumstances of Sgt. Roque’s suicide through Fort Leonard Wood Public Affairs.
Roque is the child of Ana and , Jorge Roque , and was a 2020 student of , West Noble High School.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at , 11 a. m. Saturday , at , St. Patrick’s Catholic Church,  , 300 Ravine Park Drive,  , Ligonier. Father , Ryan Tomassi , did attend. Burial will take place in , Oak Park Cemetery , in , Ligonier , where whole military ceremonies may be rendered.
An all-night trip did begin on , Friday, Nov. 1, at , 2 p. m.  , and remain until , 9: 30 a. m. Saturday , at , Yeager Funeral Home, 1589 Lincolnway South,  , Ligonier.
