If Vice President Kamala Harris is going to make a statement about her calling for cohesion, she should immediately call on her party and leadership to put an end to the lawfare charges brought against President-elect Donald Trump.
Trump was targeted by Democrats with the “kitchen drop” in an effort to prevent him from winning, including by using the justice system to put him in jail. In an effort to defeat Trump, Harris ‘ unique administration employed its devoted foot soldiers.
However,” The American people have spoken,” as House Majority Leader Steve Scalise stated in a blog on X.
” The lawfare may stop. I call on Attorney General Garland, Alvin Bragg, and Fani Willis to immediately terminate the politically-motivated trials of President Donald Trump”, Scalise said.
Merrick Garland’s Department Of Injustice
Attorney General Merrick Garland and his feet man Jack Smith were indicted half by Trump on suspicion of allegedly handing over confidential documents and having questions about the 2020 election administration under the command of the Biden-Harris management.
While Judge Aileen Cannon dismissed the classified records event after finding Smith’s visit was unlawful, the situation surrounding the 2020 vote remains.
But it should n’t.
In July, the U. S. Supreme Court had ruled 6-3 that leaders have “absolute resistance” for “actions within his convincing and preclusive legal power” and “at least presumptive resistance” for all “official works”. The lower court was given the opportunity to ask a number of issues regarding Smith’s law practice case against Trump in order to ascertain whether the answers were established acts.
But the decision from the Supreme Court was not enough to prevent the Biden-Harris presidency, which was intent on meddling in the vote. Smith filed a replacing indictment against Trump after the court greatly torpedoed his lawfare work. Finally, just weeks before Election Day, Trump-hating U. S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan unsealed a 165-page record filled with Smith’s strikes on Trump. However, Smith’s staff indicated on Wednesday that it would be looking for ways to remove the instances against Trump now that the regime has prevailed and that he will be returning to the White House in a few short weeks, according to The Hill.
Alvin Bragg
Trump was charged with 34 criminal counts stemming from an alleged falsification of business records related to a prenuptial agreement, according to Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. The Federal Election Commission, the Department of Justice, and the Southern District of New York’s U. S. Attorney’s Office earlier declined to take the situation. After he hired Matthew Colangelo, who had been the no., Bragg quickly brought the case. 3 national in Biden’s Department of Justice.
Trump was found guilty by 12 jurors in the Democratic-led New York City for an ambiguous violence that no one seemed to be able to explain.

However, Bragg himself acknowledged that his trial was lawfare, having previously claimed that he was the best applicant to challenge Trump during his campaign for district attorney. Sentencing has been delayed until Nov. 26— but Americans should n’t had to wait that long for true justice to be served.
Fani Willis
In August of 2023, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis indicted Trump and 18 other defendants for allegedly violating Georgia’s Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act ( RICO ) statute. Williams claimed that the accused allegedly forged documents and obediently administered a common officer’s oath.
Willis ‘ lawfare work are at best thin, like the rest of the lawfare cases. After reportedly hiring her boyfriend, Nathan Wade, to function as a special prosecutor to oversee the prosecution, her whole trial has been ruined by accusations of impropriety. Trump and his co-defendants claimed Willis should not be barred from a prosecution because she was profiting materially from her rewarding relationship with Wade. Williams and Williams denied that Wade allegedly gave her lavish getaways that he had paid for with the cash he had been charged with in the criminal case.
A judge ( who donated to Willis ‘ 2020 campaign ) dismissed two counts against Trump in September in the case, arguing the allegations extended past the” State’s jurisdiction”. In March, the judge had previously rejected six additional counts in the case ( three of which were against Trump ).
Trump also faces eight fees.
If Democrats are genuine in their calling for “unity”, they may drop their lawfare indictments.
