The 2020 presidential election was marred by abnormalities, anxious election procedures, and last-minute law changes that, as election integrity protesters have from pointed out, benefitted Democrat Joe Biden. However, four years later, Donald Trump triumphed decisively thanks to Republicans and conservatives ‘ unprecedented mobilization to create a huge electoral dignity network whose main objective was to ensure free and fair elections.  ,
Consider 2020 for instance. Democrat observers “were either kept out, or allowed in, but kept very far away from the calculating to see what was happening,” as my partner Beth Brelje explained.
But following reports on Tuesday that Republican poll watchers were being “turned away” in Philadelphia, York, Westmoreland, Allegheny, Lehigh, Cambria, Wyoming, and Lackawanna counties, the Republican National Committee’s ( RNC ) was on top of it.
In a post on X, RNC Chairman Michael Whatley claimed that the council “deployed our wandering lawyers, engaged with local officials, and can now record that all Republican poll watchers have been formally admitted to the constructing.”
Similar action was taken in Milwaukee after the” Milwaukee Elections Commission  , announced over the weekend that certain voting precincts , may be limited to only one Republican and one Democrat poll , spectator on Election Day”, as the RNC wrote in a Monday statement. The RNC noted that the state’s elections fee” not disclosed which districts” may be affected. In a follow-up speech, the RNC claimed that Milwaukee would “respect the government’s right to access and observe the poll operation in accordance with the law.”
On Tuesday, Republican poll monitors in Milwaukee, Wisconsin noticed something strange. The tabulator machines that were being examined by observers were being sealed, according to a poll observer who spoke with The Federalist’s Matt Kittle at the time of the time.
” Later one of our observers noticed that the seals ( on the machines ) had been broken”, the source told Kittle. That means the equipment “had essentially been unlocked, presenting a possible dignity breach”, Kittle explained, citing the spectator. About a dozen devices were compromised, resources said. RNC Co-Chair Lara Trump said on Tuesday that their legal staff was conscious of “unsecured” counting” problems” in Milwaukee and that the RNC was “unambiguously calling on Milwaukee’s leaders to complete their work and count votes quickly and effectively”.
Around 31, 000 absentee ballots that were counted were slated to become recounted after the security issue, as Kittle reported.
However, it was n’t just the RNC that assisted in halting Democrats ‘ shenanigans through efforts to maintain election integrity.
Wisconsin’s “most famous votes assistant” who “repeatedly failed to follow election integrity legislation” was ordered to cooperate weeks after the Public Interest Legal Foundation filed a petition, as Kittle even reported. According to the lawsuit, Green Bay Clerk Celestine Jeffreys “did not agree with methods for auditing citizens who registered to vote on Election Day” at their designated polling locations for the past four times,” according to Kittle. Late last year, Jeffreys received a letter from the state election commission requesting that she certify that she had followed the necessary instructions as stated in the regulation and the” Commission guidelines” regarding Election Day membership.
In the years and months leading up to the 2024 election, election dignity has been a constant concern throughout the country. As The Federalist recently reported, Carol Snow, who is affiliated with the North Carolina Audit Force group, alerted the state’s voter registration board last year that the country’s voter registration form did not require applicants to provide either their driver’s license identification number or the final four figures of their Social Security number. The kind simply highlighted in red “required” areas like name, address, and date of birth.
The board unanimously agreed to release the form to make it clear that registrants may offer either their vehicle’s license identification or their Social Security number, as previously stated by NCSBE Public Information Director Patrick Gannon.
In addition, in the months leading up to Election Day, campaigners and vote integrity advocates have been working to keep election officials responsible for keeping up fresh voter rolls and making sure simply eligible citizens can take part in U.S. elections. For instance, in September, the conservative party America First Legal sued 15 state election cameras in Arizona on behalf of the Sturdy Communities Foundation of Arizona and native Yvonne Cahill for reportedly failing to “take the steps required by law to ensure that international citizens are removed from their voting rolls,” as The Federalist reported.
