A former official from the Defense Department who worked for a” secretive Pentagon unit” that investigated previously unidentified flying objects ( UAP ) disclosed to Congress on Wednesday that he had signed documents limiting what he could say about UAP crash retrievals.
During a Wednesday congressional hearing called” Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena: Exposing the Truth”, Luis Elizondo, a former Pentagon official, was questioned by Rep. Nancy Mace (R-S. C. ) and other members of the House of Representatives regarding the federal government’s secret UAP crash retrieval efforts.
In a” shut” congressional session, Elizondo told Mace on Wednesday, that he would need to provide information in order to respond to some issues regarding the president’s UAP crash recovery programs. He continued,” I signed a document three years ago that limits my ability to discuss incident retrievals especially.”
The Pentagon journalist said “yes” when asked whether the U.S. government conducted UAP accident retrievals and whether the searching programs were “designed to recognize and reverse engineer mysterious craft” despite being subject to restrictions.
When Mace asked the former Pentagon official to ensure whether federal employees had suffered injuries from UAPs and received compensation in light of Elizondo’s most recent book, which was about the Pentagon’s search for UAPs. When Elizondo confirmed the assertion in his text, Mace questioned,” How can the authorities deny that we have recovered build if they are paying people because they have been injured by recovered art?”
Elizondo responded,” That’s why I think we’re these — again because I’ve seen the evidence from the U.S. state for a number of these individuals who have been injured as a result of a UAP affair.”
In a written evidence presented to Congress, Elizondo wrote,” Let me be clear: UAP are true. Modern technology is being used to monitor sympathetic military installations around the world despite the government’s or any other government’s oversight. However, the U. S. is in possession of UAP technology, as are some of our enemies”.
Prior to joining the White House and the National Security Council, Elizondo reportedly oversaw a “highly vulnerable Special Access Program” according to his , official history.

During Wednesday’s hearing, Elizondo told Rep. Jared Moskowitz (D-Fla. ) that the documentation preventing him from sharing specific details in UAP crash retrieval programs was directly from the” U. S. government”. The original Pentagon established explained that the document is kept in a delicate easier information center and that he did not possess a copy.
Addressing Elizondo’s inability to answer certain questions, Moskowitz said,” You specifically said that the document said that you ca n’t talk about crash retrievals. Well, you ca n’t talk about fight club if there’s no fight club”.
