The state of Florida is suing the Federal Emergency Management Agency ( FEMA ) for” conspiring” against the civil rights of Trump supporters. When people were being questioned about whether they were eligible for federal storms support, the lawsuit claims that Marn’i Washington, a now-fired FEMA field supervisor, and Deanne Criswell, a former FEMA director, conspired to refuse to help storm-damaged homes in Lake Placid, Florida.

While the information will continue to be revealed over the coming weeks and months, the lawsuit claims that accused Washington conspired with older FEMA officials and those carrying out her orders to endanger Florida’s citizens.  ,
In the Southern District of Florida on Wednesday, Florida’s solicitor public Ashley Moody filed the lawsuit.
The governmental agency in charge of emergency comment has been caught withholding support from storm patients in Florida who support President Trump, according to a statement from Moody. Regardless of political affiliation, I’m taking timely legal action to determine how far this political bias extends and ensures that all Americans who are the victims of destructive winds are served.
FEMA will now be responsible for the lies it exposed. Regarding FEMA bypassing damaged homes with Trump signs, Field Supervisor Washington made clear to the people that this was an “isolated occurrence.” Washington claimed it was common practice to avoid Trump backers in an interview with Roland Martin of the podcast.
Moody requested that FEMA reimburse the accused and that the court declare that the company had violated Residents ‘ civil rights.  ,
FEMA pointed to a declaration from Criswell, which condemned the recommendation to omit Trump homes, and FEMA informed The Daily Wire that it would not comment on pending litigation.
Ron DeSantis, the governor of Florida, announced that the country’s Division of Emergency Management is looking into the incident while stating that he supported the complaint.

This is true banana republic thing, something you might assume from Cuba or Nicaragua. Certainly the United States. At least, that used to be accurate. The federal government has been politicized and equipped in a way that was originally unexploited by Joe Biden.

The complaint is intended to “find out how far this social prejudice approaches and ensure that all Americans who suffer from devastating hurricanes are served,” according to Moody in a statement.
Moody is suing the court to find out whether FEMA conspired to encroach on Florida’s people ‘ legal rights, and she wants both minimum and punitive damages.
A FEMA spokesman declined to comment on the ongoing legal proceedings and pointed to Criswell’s statements, which state that the company will continue to hold individuals responsible for breaking the company’s standards of conduct.
According to the issue, “FEMA employees followed these instructions and entered messages like” Trump sign no admittance per leadership” into a federal database.” According to reporters,’ at least 20 properties with Trump signs or banners’ in Lake Placid, Florida’ were skipped from the end of October and into November due to the advice.'”
What does FEMA look for in a crisis relief worker who arrives two or three weeks after when their homes and lives are in disrepair? Do they demand that visitors to their residences give them a cup of coffee and a laugh?  ,

Well, people are going to be upset. They’re going to cry at FEMA individuals. Maybe FEMA employees should work for another government agency if they ca n’t stand the error. Instead of teaching them how to handle crises and keeping them entertained by advising them to avert politically charged conditions,  ,
Then, they should come home to their parents and ask for a hug.
