Donald Trump, the president-elect, confirmed on Truth Social early on Monday night that the new administration would declare a national emergency and apply military resources to carry out a nationwide deportation of illegal immigrants. Trump has pledged to arrest illegal immigrants who are residing in the United States throughout his campaign. It was an integral part of his plan, which was widely popular among Trump supporters. As the Washington Examiner recently reported, the president-elect has vowed to “deport more unlawful immigrants from the United States than any of his successors”.
To apply for a program and promote this action, Trump announced that Tom Homan, former acting chairman of U. S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, would be the “border king” for the Trump presidency.  ,
According to President Trump, “public security threats and national security risks will be the top priorities because they must get.” They pose the most harm to this state”, Homan said recently.
A federal immigration judge has previously ordered illegal immigrants to leave the country, but they have defied those requests, but Homan emphasized that first deporting them.
