An ex-employee has filed but another lawsuit against Kylie West, this time for allegedly bringing him up to “antisemitic screeds” and performing sexual acts at meetings.
According to Murphy Aficionado, the hip-hop legend was hired as a project director in 2022 after officially changing his name to Ye. Aficionado is now suing You for discrimination, intimidation, retaliation and failure to pay compensation after he was fired final time.
The plaintiff claims Ye asked him to join him in a Beverly Hills resort and that he then immediately moved to another area to have intercourse with Bianca Censori in the complaint filed on Thursday in , Los Angeles County Superior Court.
Aficionado promises You told him to “wait best here” and “do NOT left”, essentially forcing him to listen to the sexual experience.
Aficionado claims Ye glaringly exited the chamber wearing a T-shirt with a symbol about ten minutes later. He claims the musician then sat him down and , showed him skinny images of ex-wife Kim Kardashian.
Elsewhere in the legal processing, Aficionado alleges You went on racist tirades on a daily basis:” Frequently, these outbursts involved how Jews controlled the , Kardashians. Ye also described how Jews pursued him and his wealth at other times. Those very exact days, Ye had constantly yell at his personnel, including Aficionado”.
According to the fit, Aficionado feared “retaliation by one of the most popular, strong, and uneven artists in the world”.
The plaintiff’s lawyer, Will Reed, claimed in a statement to the Daily News that the legitimate claims are “in range with what the public has grown to expect from Ye.” … His negativity, love, and hatred continues, as does his complete and utter disregard for the people around him”.
” By filing this petition, we aim to justify our client’s freedom and power Thou to learn that this do has no place our society”, Reed said. ” We pretty much look forward to Mr. Aficionado’s time in court”.
Thursday’s complaint is just the latest in mounting legal troubles Thou is facing from ex-employees.
In June, past personal associate Lauren Pisciotta , sued Ye for alleged sexual harassment , and wrongful termination.
In April, Trevor Phillips— who previously worked at Ye’s California-based Donda Academy — claimed in a fit the” Black Skinhead” rapper , compared himself to Adolf Hitler, wanted to cut the eyes of kids and plug them in bars, and mistreated Black people at the unaccredited class.
