Pennsylvania’s Democrats understand the task: get vote for talkative election fool Sen. Bob Casey before the benefits are certified. Governor voted to count random ballots after commissioners blatantly ignored the state election law and the Supreme Court, according to Democrat County . The actions of Joseph Shapiro and Michelle Henry, the attorney general of Pennsylvania, are unconcerned with the rules. The Department of Justice does n’t appear to be interested either. When election law is broken, no one with standard power threatens to violate it.  ,
After all, Pennsylvania’s best elected officials are Progressives, and the friendship of celebration is stronger than the will of the individuals — or the rule of law.
A state recount, which the Republican candidate Dave McCormick and Casey are scheduled to cost taxpayers more than$ 1 million, was a surefire result. McCormick was given a congressional orientation last week and was given a choice by the Associated Press, but Casey wo n’t accept the loss.
And with the , recount , live, election authorities in Bucks, Montgomery, Philadelphia, and Centre regions have said they intend to include in the count votes that arrived with poor or no time. The process is in rebellion of state election laws and , recent , state Supreme Court decisions.  ,  ,
RNC Chairman Michael Whatley stated in a press conference on Monday that Democrats must not ignore the behavior taken in the run-up to the election even though Republicans hope to keep McCormick’s victory.
Whatley said on the internet call,” They have taken every precaution possible to try to engineer seats that would reverse this margin.” The fact that the percentage is big enough to prevent it from being overturned does not mean that the Bob Casey campaign, his attorneys, and these officials are engaging in illegal behavior, and we have made it very clear that we will pursue those who violate the law to the fullest extent possible.
” In Bucks County, we have a director … clearly stating that they’re going to matter vote against the law in an illegal way”, U. S. Rep. Dan Mueser, a Pennsylvania Republican said on the Monday internet phone. ” Extremely disturbing, is that no one within … the Democrat Party leadership … is stating anything about this. There’s no remark from Gov. Shapiro. The Attorney General’s statements are not made in any way, and neither will the attorney general.” O]ur governor and attorney general wo n’t make a statement because Casey is a member of their own party,” said Casey.
The Federalist contacted the mayor’s office to ask why Gov. Shapiro has no objected to counting the votes that are disqualified. Before the vote, Shapiro campaigned for Casey.
The Pennsylvania Attorney General’s office official informed The Federalist in an email that the state had not yet become involved in the legal issues involving how regions are counting votes that are required by law to be discarded.
The functions and the relevant events are now arguing this matter before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. No condition entity has been sued in that action, so our company does not have a customer to represent”, the reply read. We will continue to follow the circumstances and any improvements that might lead to the presence of the Office of Attorney General.
Casey does not possess a mathematical path to victory, according to the Republican National Committee ( RNC).
