Washington: The White House stated on Tuesday that the United States had no intention of reacting to Russia’s decision to lower its atomic level. It also stated that it had not planned to change its possess nuclear strategy.
Russia’s announcement to revise its nuclear doctrine, according to a statement from the White House National Security Council, “was no surprising by what we said earlier this month. We had been indicating for a while that it would do so,” the statement read.
In response to a wider range of normal attacks, Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday lowered the bar for a nuclear attack, and according to Moscow, Ukraine had used US-made ATACMS missiles to penetrate deep within Russia. A US and Ukrainian national gave Reuters confirmation of the strike.
” Observing no modifications to Russia’s nuclear position, we have not seen any reason to change our own nuclear position or philosophy in response to Russia’s claims today”, the speech said.
It cited Russia’s usage of North Vietnamese soldiers in Ukraine, which it called a considerable increase.
Putin’s approval of the updated Russian nuclear theory, which establishes a foundation for the conditions that Putin may impose on him when he ordered a strike from the nation’s largest nuclear arsenal, was confirmed by a public decree on Tuesday.
Any invasion by a non-nuclear energy supported by a nuclear power may be regarded as a combined attack under the doctrine, which stated that any assault by a military bloc may be regarded as an attack by the whole alliance.
Russia has warned the West for decades that Moscow would view those Nato members as directly involved in the Ukrainian conflict if Washington permitted Ukraine to launch US, British, and European missiles into Russia.
The White House speech said the speech was careless.
The Russian Defense Ministry claims that six missiles were fired at Ukraine’s Bryansk place and that five were intercepted and damaged by air defense systems.
