After an SUV struck their riders on Thursday night in northern Palm Beach County, at least two officers were killed and one thoroughly injured.
The SUV struck the delegates while they were riding their department-issued motorcycles, according to CBS News.
The accident occurred around 9 am in the at 18000 Southern Boulevard, just north of Seminole Pratt Whitney Road, near Lion Country Safari.
West of Seminole Pratt Whitney, according to Palm Beach County Fire Rescue, is Southern Boulevard closed to traffic, and drivers are advised to consider alternative routes.
