The Biden-Harris administration is attempting to prevent the approaching Trump-Vance administration’s improper mysterious deportations, insidiously making it easier for illegals— including risky criminals — to prevent authorities while leaving , little to no paper trail.

A new special statement from the New York Post has exposed the Biden-Harris government’s new ICE site application that will allow migrants in NYC to omit in-person check-ins at ICE offices. With virtually no information about who and where they are located and no records available online, this new program could help violent criminal illegals avoid Trump’s deportation efforts. It is at best unreliable and does n’t check users for criminal records.
For perspective on how terrible this could find, another Biden administration game, CBP One, is also helping up to 1, 500 illegal aliens enter the U. S. every day.  ,

Sources with information on the app’s reliability and glitchiness have told The Post that it will help refugees escape authorities.  ,
Even when it’s working properly, the new software does n’t test for prior arrests or outstanding permits — everything the existing program tied to in-person appointments does, sources said.
Just in the first step of the novel and illegal work, the Post added that up to 100 000 illegal aliens will be enrolled.
The ICE application will be available beginning December, and it is just one of several laws the shady Biden-Harris management is enacting to protect Americans from illegal immigrants. Trump has the power to change the guidelines, but it will take some time to completely eliminate all of their effects. And there is a chance that lawsuits wo n’t stop border security enforcement but will slow it down.

The sanctuary city of New York City, where the ICE business will be launching the new application, has been flooded by and overflowing with swarms of illegal aliens, many of whom are being cared for at tax expense. According to the Post, the NYC ICE office has scheduled so many processing appointments for illegal foreigners that it has already booked up until October 2032. Yes, you read that right.
Despite “extreme issues,” the app is being rushed out despite the fact that it only shares a user’s location for seven days and does n’t collect GPS data for laptop users. In-person check-ins require proof of current address, and without that, ICE’s efforts to hold criminal illegals accountable become much more difficult. Additionally, the new app is not integrated with the current database for tracking illegal aliens.
The Biden-Harris administration’s other outrageous efforts include the Post’s report that there have been loosened rules for electronically monitoring released illegal aliens. Illegals will be able to” contest monitoring and tracking”, and can “at any time” request a review with the aim of getting out of the” Alternatives to Detention” program altogether.  ,

If their requests for monitoring downgrades are denied, illegal aliens may even be able to drag ICE through a drawn-out appeals procedure. According to the Post’s source, this appeals procedure is intended to deter federal employees and make it easier for them to approve requests to avoid trouble.
Mark Morgan, a former acting commissioner of customs and border protection, described the transition as “obstructing.” In the final day of the campaign, they are going to try to erect as many roadblocks and obstacles as possible and fire as many grenades as they can.
