A California school district was investigated on Monday by a parent-rights group for excluding light university people from a last-year event. The business contends that pale employees were the target of racial discrimination.
According to a email sent to the U. S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Parents Defending Education has requested that the authorities check the Acalanes Union High School District in Lafayette, California, over allegations of racial discrimination.
Parents Defending Education claimed in the text that the area had violated federal law by holding events for light faculty members and that they had not done so in accordance with The Daily Wire’s original report.
Parents Defending Education wrote,” PDE and its people oppose social coercion and racial discrimination in America’s institutions. Calanes Union High School District offers color employees additional programming that is n’t available to everyone in the district.
According to The Daily Wire, Parents Defending Education’s objection comes after Lynnā McPhatter-Harris, the state’s director of undergraduate capital and participation, hosted an event last year for workers” of coloring”. In an email sent to school staff, McPhatter-Harris wrote,” We are looking forward to seeing our people of color in the area. Any color staff is welcome to attend this gathering.

Parents Defending Education claimed in their email on Monday that the Acalanes Union High School District engaged in “employment discrimination,” which is against Title VII of the Civil Rights Acts.
