It’s not unusual in this line of work to say that the tradition internet “beclowns” itself. The system deserves no cent for the network’s recent providing from MSNBC because it is such a horrifyingly tone-deaf, utterly selfish exercise in left-wing talking points. There are differences of opinion, and there is advertising.

On Thursday, José Ibarra was found guilty on all matters in the murder and death of Laken Riley. Ibarra was neither a visionary nor a member of the gathered poor desperate for a second life. He did not arrive in the United States to seek a better lifestyle. He is a member of the cruel, bloodthirsty Tren de Aragua crew and a harsh prey. DNA and prints were among the enormous amounts of data against him.  ,
The unwavering gall of MSNBC legal analyst Danny Cevallos, who had the unwavering decency to write a column for the network’s website under the title” The Guilt of Laken Riley’s Killer Was Never in Doubt,” was a feat of decency and compassion. The unique name was” Laken Riley’s Killer Never Stood a Chance”.
Oh, what new devil is this? What series of blatant advertising do these people want us to accept? What ham-fisted, self-righteous effort at left-wing emotion have we here?  ,
Somehow, the connection to the initial part was inaccessible for a while, probably because whatever adults at MSNBC realized that one of their employees had once more urinated and fallen into it, but some moment was needed to rub it. PJ’s online sleuths will determine whether a recovered original version exists. The most recent iteration’s passages are as follows:
Because Ibarra entered the country illegally in 2022, Riley’s death became a democratic rallying cry at the Republican National Convention this summer. But for all the social discussion, the results of this test was never in question.
, The conviction was going to get guilty.
, The word was going to get life without parole.
, Usually, defense counsel prefer jury trials to couch trials. One explanation is mathematics. For the defence, this was a desperate situation. The security used unfactual information to its best advantage. It virtually certainly anticipated losing.  ,
….
Of course, in Ibarra’s situation, the determine cut him no falls — judge or no judge. In fairness, Athens-Clarke County Superior Court Judge H. Patrick Haggard, who presided over the trial, did n’t have that much to decide. Generally, judges have a lot of punishment options. There are frequently provisions in criminal regulations that require a required minimum or statutory maximum phrase, leaving a lot to the side. For example, when FTX co-founder Sam Bankman-Fried was convicted of masterminding a massive fraud last November, federal prosecutors asked the judge to sentence” SBF” to 100 years in prison. His defence argued for 6½ times. A judge frequently has to decide what is the appropriate sentence while considering sentencing guidelines, highest sentences, and minimal sentences. ( Bankman-Fried is serving a 25-year sentence. )
 , Not in this situation.

Cevallos came near to forgiveness with this summary:
Often the defense attorney simply receives an insurmountable, terrible situation. The defense’s decision to use a bench trial likely prevented the victim’s family from unduly prolonging this distressing experience by choosing a bench trial, saving the state from a wasted jury trial.
Cevallos does have attempted to change what was a heartless article. We may not realize how many revisions the bit went through to make it more mellow. He also gives a cursory nod to” the heartrending testimony of Riley’s loved ones” . ,
This was n’t an “unwinnable case,” as some people claim. This was an matter of bringing a cooled, lifeless criminal to justice. Of course, for many on the Left, the death of Laken Riley is an unpleasant reminder of the present administration’s self-serving and primitive approach to frontier protection. It is surprising that it prefers to concentrate on the legal process to grappling with what is left of its own social consciousness. Better to try to divert attention away from the legitimate structure rather than face the reality that we have no control over who crosses our borders and have a real chance of a catastrophe.  ,
Donald Trump Jr. said what most people were thinking in response to Cevallos ‘ obvious, self-serving, and simply cruel exercise in ruthless CRT:
You literally ca n’t make up this level of depravity. These people are ill. The man is a criminal. Although he killed a young lady without her, MSNBC prefers to blame him. He is an illegal alien.
But, much you hate MSNBC it’s not enough! photograph. twitter.com/3YSVmbbVBD— Donald Trump Jr. ( @DonaldJTrumpJr ) November 22, 2024

José Ibarra deserves no emotion, no sympathy, and no love. A young girl with a promising future was killed by him, as well as a whole household. Only those who are so fervently opposed to the president and his adherents care nothing about the loss of innocent blood as the only ones who may find solace with such a monster are those who are.
The best thing that could happen for MSNBC is that its employees are forced to seek fair work because the system is in free fall. Either the writers and authors have developed into such drowsy, slack-jawed, drool-faced, dead-eyed, slack-jawed, drool-faced acolytes of liberalism that they are so entangled in their hatred of everything that leans best that they are incapable of expressing any compassion for Laken, her household, or anyone else who has experienced crimes committed by illegals because they are bad And that is a chance that cannot be ignored. In regards to the reputation media, one thing comes to mind: Carthago delenda vers.
