The dance world is mourning renowned Soviet ballet dancer and onetime , Ukraine , battle critic , Vladimir Shklyarov , after he fell 60 feet to his death from the fifth-story ledge of a , St. Petersburg , tower.
Shklyarov was 39.
Russian authorities declared his dying an injury right away, despite a preliminary research being conducted, according to RIA Novosti.
He was expected to have” complex cervical surgery” for a back injury on Monday and was taking” major analgesics”, the head of the Mariinsky Theatre’s media company told Russian news agency Fontanka.
