The DC Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in a December determination that Combs ‘ doctors are now using to defend Diddy’s right to free speech, saying that “only a substantial and immediate danger to the management of criminal justice may support restricting Mr. Trump’s conversation.”
Like Trump, Combs is a legal accused with the presumption of innocence, Diddy’s doctors wrote. Diddy, like Trump or any other national criminal accused, has the legal claim to denounce and speak out against the trial.
” Appropriately, the Court may use Trump’s heightened regular when considering Mr Combs ‘ talk here”, the filing said.
The prosecution alleged Diddy was trying to influence the inspection when it was discovered that he was communicating with people outside of prison and that made the judge’s decision to reject his parole.
