One of the drawbacks of legislation enforcement is that it frequently attracts both those who want to help their friends and relatives and those who truly enjoy directing others. The second type includes the overwhelming majority of officers, FBI agents, and more, the next group includes the “bad apples” we hear about on the nightly news.
It’s a true issue.
Politics suffers a similar character defect: In addition to attracting those who are honestly, fully dedicated to helping their constituents, politics even attracts narcissists, sociopaths, and aspiring monarchs — those deceitful usurpers with a terminal bloodlust for being in charge.
Every honest, well-intentioned legislator is counter-balanced by tens of deceptive colleagues who seek the wheels of energy for their own welfare. They appoint political power by appropriating social power, but they are haughty and anxious.
And with it, they build a statue to themselves: A tribute to their own brilliance.
They ca n’t create. They ca n’t innovate. They ca n’t produce anything of value. But instead, they plunder from the manufacturers and developers, redefining compassion as “giving away another person’s stuff”.

It works great at first: Turns out, the people Still likes getting something for nothing! The more promotions, the better!
But ultimately, you run out of other people’s money to spend.
That’s the issue with prosperous, innovative, creative people: They have options.  ,
Gov. Yet though Tesla is the only company in the world that actually produces electric cars in California, Governor of California, Gavin Newsom, a self-declared activist and” climate change crusader,” has simply declared war on Elon Musk and Tesla.
Tesla’s CEO Elon Musk recognized the humor right away:

Yet though Musk is the driving force behind the thousands of work that California has produced, and he is the author of the current EV movement’s most influential man alive, he is still being ignored by the state of California.  ,
Why?
Because he supported a Republican and challenged the Democratic Party’s political center, the cardinal crime.
Different jobs attract different people, and Newsom did n’t become governor to be a humble public servant. That’s not what led him to politicians.

He’s in it for the electricity.
In California, 55 % of all Vehicle cars are Tesla. Hyundai and BMW are a distant second and third, with just 6.4 % and 5.5 % market share, respectively. And Teslas are not made in California like Hyundai and BMW, either!
Why, then, does Newsom purposefully exclude Tesla while reversing the EV income payment?
Simple: BMW and Hyundai are n’t jeopardizing Newsom’s power base. By contrast, Musk and Tesla are — which is why they may be singled out and punished.
For officials like Gavin Newsom, this is totally good: Government decides who wins and loses, not the person. And since the federal “made” Elon Musk, it’s the government’s right to break him.
Gavin Newsom is such a villain. He tried to take breaks for Elon Musk’s victory.
Elon Musk and his businesses face criminal law in California because they are both irresponsible and prohibited. Governor Newsom may be removed from office right away.

What the authorities giveth, the state taketh.
Newsom’s quixotic quest to knee Musk will eventually fail, of course. There are 49 other states in the country that’d love to host ( and tax ) a Tesla plant. Those hundreds of high-paying Tesla work ( and trillions of investment dollars ) may revive hundreds of depressed communities. Additionally, rich Californians who want a Tesla can simply purchase one somewhere, allowing Nevada or another state to foot the cost of the vehicle tax.

And that’s before President Trump participates.  ,
You do n’t know Trump if you think he will sit back and watch as his friends and allies are being attacked, as is the case with any California law that arbitrarily and capriciously targets a company for political retribution. The MAGA action cares about its own.
Gavin Newsom has started a conflict he ca n’t win. Not only will he drop, but among the biggest fatalities will be the climate action, the position funds, and hundreds of California jobs.
But that’s irrelevant. After all, there’s just one California employment that Newsom really cares about: His own.
