After a judge rejected his second release request on Wednesday, Sean” Diddy” Combs will continue to be held in federal prison. The hip-hop tycoon, who was detained in September on suspicion of racketeering and sex trafficking, gave evidence last week in a provincial court where his legal team filed bail arguments. In the end, the action was denied by Judge Arun Subramanian.
Why was Diddy’s loan denied again?

In response, defence lawyer Anthony Ricco rejected the prosecution’s portrayal of Combs, calling it an unfair depiction of him as” a lawless person who does n’t follow instructions” or” an out-of-control individual who has to be detained.
Bail request
Brushes ‘ legal team proposed an extensive loan package that included house confinement in a three-bedroom Manhattan house, 24/7 personal security, and strict limits on visitors and communications.
