Elon Musk has once again defended US President-elect Donald Trump in a post on social media platform X. On Friday, Musk defended Trump by calling the criticism against him a “coordinated psychological operation.”
Musk’s reply, which immediately quoted radio host Joe Rogan, has drawn attention to their shared conviction that Trump’s competitors are engaging in a smear campaign to manipulate public view.
The Joe Rogan Experience, Rogan’s well-known podcast, claimed that much of the reaction Trump faces is a product of orchestral action rather than real.
In a recent instance of his recurring section ‘ Protect Our Parks’, Rogan described the condemnation of Trump as a “massive, focus psy-op”.
Rogan argued with his artist friends that purposeful narratives intended to deceive the people into believing Trump had been the victim of a fabricated image.
” What you’re seeing with Trump, irrespective of his defects, is a large, concentrated psy-op”, Rogan said during the podcast. They have “distorted” who he is, making it so prevalent that no one else would believe otherwise. Most individuals think that they’ve had narratives—psychological operations—to the place they’ve distorted people’s view of things”.
Musk, who has significantly aligned himself with liberal opinions, wasted no time boosting Rogan’s speech.
On X, he posted,” It was a planned emotional operation”,.
Musk’s opinion is a part of his continued support for Trump, which he has stated explicitly since purchasing X.
During the event, Rogan sought to explain his point by revisiting a 2008 picture of Hillary Clinton. Clinton urged the imprisonment of illegal immigrants who enter the country without authorization and suggested severe sanctions for those who do so.
Rogan cited the picture as a case study of how Democrats and Republicans are treated when it comes to their immigration plans.
Musk’s article appeared to embrace this perspective, exacerbating the explanation to his millions of followers.
Rogan and Musk have remained open about Trump help. Rogan’s confirmation of the president-elect during the 2024 strategy was widely regarded as a major factor in Trump’s success, with the almost three-hour audio episode between the two drawing over 20 million views within its first day.
