Russia , is reportedly burning the heads of North Vietnamese soldiers killed in , Ukraine. The accusation comes from Ukrainian President , Volodymyr Zelensky , who posted a video on Twitter showing the alleged shocking practice by , Moscow ‘s , troops. ” Yet after years of war, when we thought the Russians couldn’t get any more sarcastic, we see something even worse”, he wrote. The article states that” Russia not only sends North Korean soldiers to assault Ukrainian opportunities, but also tries to conceal any information of their existence by actually burning the eyes of North Korean troops killed in battle. This madness has been stopped: a reliable and lasting serenity and , Russia ‘s , duty for this cynical battle”.
During an online dialogue with readers of Le Parisien, reported by Rbc Ukraina, Zelensky then reiterated that” no country or world president has the right to deal with Russian dictator , Vladimir Putin , without , Ukraine, since it is , Ukraine , that is the target of this battle”. The head of state stressed that , Kyiv , “has not delegated this mandate to people. If somebody started expressing their views on how a nation should sit, that would be unfair. The European in , France, the Italians in , Italy , or the Americans in , the United States , know what they want for themselves. The same goes for Russians”.
Zelensky remarked that “during conversations, it is not so much the individual in front of you that plays an important role, as it is the place you are in.” Currently , Ukraine , is either in a poor nor a sturdy position. It remains to be seen whether the state will become a member of , NATO , and when it may be part of the , European Union”.
The Russian leader claims that, given the current circumstances, negotiations with the Russian dictator might give him the opportunity to impact decisions. Thus, according to Zelensky, “it is necessary to create a certain strategy, such as a peace initiative or plan of action,” before any discussion can begin.”

However, the Ministry of Defence in , Russia , has announced that troops deployed in , Ukraine , have taken command of two more communities in the , Donetsk , area,  , Stary Terny , and Trudove, near the commercial capital of Kurakhove.
” Now a second of , Russia ‘s , resources is devoted to military spending. It is a war economy, so it is essential to undermine , Vladimir Putin ‘s , potential revenues: last week we adopted the fifteenth package of sanctions, which hits the shadow fleet and circumvention channels” of the restrictive measures”, and the sixteenth package is already in preparation,”  , European Commission  , President , Ursula von der Leyen , recalled today in , Strasbourg , during the plenary session, ahead of tomorrow ‘s , European Council.
