US President-elect Donald Trump announced on Sunday the appointment of Indian-American entrepreneur, venture capitalist, and author Sriram Krishnan as the senior White House policy advisor on artificial intelligence ( AI ).
While releasing a number of important meetings related to artificial cleverness,” Sriram Krishnan may serve as the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy’s Senior Policy Advisor.”
According to Trump, Sriram will work with David Sacks to ensure continued American leadership in the field of artificial intelligence ( AI), as well as coordinate and shape government policy, including through collaboration with the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology. He also highlighted Krishnan’s job efforts, mentioning his position as a founding part of Microsoft’s Windows Azure group.
