Amy Slaton Halterman of TLC’s” 1000-Lb. Following her arrest at a park in Tennessee in September,” Sisters” has admitted guilt to two counts of drug hands.
According to court documents reviewed by The Times, the reality TV star admitted sadness on Thursday and entered a plea bargain at the Crockett County court. The costs of child maltreatment and endangering were dropped.
After spending a day in jail in September, Halterman received a suspended sentence of 11 months and 29 days, including time served, pending her adherence to the terms of the plea agreement, which include completing a drug and alcohol assessment and parenting classes, paying$ 1, 000 in fines and maintaining” no contact” with Tennessee Safari Park.
Halterman’s co-defendant, Brian Lovvorn, entered the same plea deal, the Crockett County Circuit Court Clerk’s company confirmed.
In an email to the local news outlet , WREG, Crockett County District Attorney General Frederick Agee wrote in an internet that” we understand that Amy Halterman and Brian Lovvorn are the pride and joy of the State of Kentucky and they will now be up in Kentucky for the Holidays.”
After the previous supposedly bit by a horse at Tennessee Safari Park, Halterman and Lovvorn were detained on September 2.
Upon entrance at the scene, delegates were “immediately overtaken by cautious smell coming from the host’s vehicle”, the state Sheriff’s Department said in a , statement , at the time.
Authorities claimed to have discovered two young children, marijuana and kaleidoscopic mushrooms, in Halterman’s car. After that, she and Lovvorn were detained on suspicion of unlawful possession of Schedule I and Schedule VI pharmaceuticals and baby danger.
According to authorities, both were booked in the Crockett County Jail and released the following day. The kids in the car, after confirmed to be Halterman’s, were placed in a community person’s prison after her arrest,  , People , reported.
Season 6 of” 1000-Lb. Daughters” premiered in early October, and Season 7 has yet to be confirmed.
