Was it a parrot attack, adverse weather conditions, or Russia– What caused the Kazakhstan aircraft fall? The Azerbaijan Airlines plane crash, which claimed 38 existence, has sparked a lot of speculation, with Russian officials then considering the possibility that Russia’s air defense systems may have been at fault.
Russia is currently at the center of the investigation into the collapse, but Ukraine directly attributed it to Russia. On the journey before the accident, there were also reviews of an air cylinder explosion.
Some aircraft experts have also pointed out the holes in the aircraft’s aircraft, and marks on the neck area, which are consistent with harm from debris from missiles.
A video shared on X by Clash Report, a system that covers military problems, revealed several big holes in the aircraft’s aircraft, ranging from small pinprick-like punctures to others many inches wide.
According to local reports, the State Commission, formed under the direction of Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev to investigate the plane crash, held its first meeting on Wednesday.
‘ In one word – Russia ‘
Russia is credited with the crash, according to the head of Ukraine’s center for countering disinformation, the national security and defense council. He claimed that Russians who examined the transcript of the crew’s conversations from the Baku-Grozny flight had acknowledged that their air defense systems ( ADS ) were to blame for the crash.
According to Andriy Kovalenko,” Russians who reviewed the transcript of the crew’s conversations from the Baku-Grozny flight admit that ADS struck the Azerbaijan Airlines plane.”
He also shared the images of the aircraft system, alleging that the damaged aircraft system was the result of” the explosion of an air defense missile with shrapnel.”
The fuselage was pierced while the aircraft was in flight, and shrapnel-bombing caused damage to the aircraft’s systems. Everything is well-documented and clearly captured”, he said.
” This morning, an Embraer 190 aircraft of an Azerbaijani airline, flying from Baku to Grozny, was shot down by a Russian air defense system. However, admitting this is inconvenient for everyone, so efforts will be made to cover it up, even the holes in the remaining parts of the aircraft. Additionally, there is video footage that was captured inside the aircraft during the flight that shows punctured life vests and other damage, Kovalenko said in a post on X.
Russia should have opened its airspace over Grozny, but it did not. Instead of being urgently landed in Grozny to save lives, the plane was damaged by the Russians and was flown to Kazakhstan. In one word – Russia”, he added.
Bird attack
Russia’s aviation authority made the suggestion that the flight might have been struck by birds shortly after the attack, which led to the emergency landing attempt that ultimately led to the crash.
” Preliminary: after a collision with birds, due to an emergency situation on board, its commander decided to ‘ go’ to an alternate airfield- Aktau was chosen”, Russia’s aviation authority said on Telegram.
Heavy fog
Reports emerged a few hours after the crash that a heavy fog in Grozny caused the emergency situation and subsequent crash.
According to the information I was given, the AZAL airline plane, which was traveling on the Baku-Grozny route, changed its course as a result of worsening weather conditions and began traveling toward Aktau airport, where the crash took place during landing, according to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, in a statement.
Aliyev later acknowledged the existence of several theories that led to the crash and advised against making any speculative presumption.
Everyone can watch the videos of the plane crash, according to the media and social networks. However, the reasons for the crash are not yet known to us”, he said as quoted by Al Jazeera.
” There are various theories, but I believe it is premature to discuss them”, he added.
Following the passenger jet’s collision from the flag carrier on Christmas Day, Azerbaijan observed a national day of mourning on Thursday.
The Embraer 190, originally scheduled to fly from Baku, the Azerbaijani capital, to Grozny in southern Russia, veered off course, crossing the Caspian Sea before.
