NYC subway horror victim identified: ‘She was alive when she was set on fire’

Debrina Kawam, 61, has been identified as the dread target of the New York metro.

Sevastian Zapeta-Calil, an illegal immigrant from Guatemala, set herself on fireplace in a New York train car on December 22. The person has been identified by the NYPD.
