A picture of a message sent by a mosque in the Houston area has gone popular, claiming that the mosque’s people were instructed to refrain from telling the media or the FBI about Shamsud Din Jabbar. The communication was made public on New Year’s Day shortly after Jabbar crashed his vehicle into the revelers ‘ masses in New Orleans ‘ well-known Bourbon Street.
Every member of the audience was instructed to remain alert, not to collaborate with the investigation. It is very important that you do not react if anyone is contacted by the internet. If approached by the FBI and a reaction is important, please refer to CAIR and ISGH”, it said. The Islamic Society of Greater Houston and the Council on American-Islamic Relations are both represented by ISGH.
According to the New York Post, Jabbar has never been to the dome.
Jabbar’s nephew revealed that though they were born Christians, Shamsud Din converted to Islam at an early age. It was more of a extremism, his nephew added.
A representative for the Council on American-Islamic Relations told Newsweek that they were conscious of the article the neighborhood mosque made but did not speak with the mosque’s officials about its legitimacy.
The White House severed ties with CAIR last year after the party’s co-founder said he was “happy” to see the Oct. 7 Hamas assault on Israel, which killed 1, 200 Israelis. After a libel lawsuit it brought against an ex-worker turned ineffective, a judge ordered CAIR to release its books and expose its funding sources in November.
Shamsud Din Jabbar’s Houston area
In a Muslim-majority neighborhood of Houston, Shamsud Din Jabbar resided in a dirty video. In his truck house, where a Quran was posted available on a webpage about” slaying” in the name of Allah, he kept a bomb-making workshop. His house was full of chemical containers and leftovers, and an FBI supply included a long list of substances used in bomb-making. His cousin claimed that Jabbar had informed him that he would be moving to New Orleans, and that the neighbor assumed that the vehicle used for the spree was built for the shift.
