‘Breaking Bad’ house is now up for sale-Here’s how much you need to pay to own it

The property that became a household name in the television industry is now for sale, drawing attention from both” Breaking Negative” viewers and potential buyers everywhere. This modest home, which is set in a quiet Albuquerque community, is the setting for some of the series ‘ most wonderful scenes, and its owners are now hoping to capitalize on the homeowner’s Hollywood fame.
While the average price for a home in the area hovers around$ 400, 000, this property’s connection to” Breaking Bad” has elevated its value to much higher heights.
According to an Associated Press report, the home is currently listed for just under$ 4 million for a four-bedroom ranch-style house. The reaction has been frustrating since the house went live on the market, according to David Christensen of gold Luxury, who is managing the listing. Investors are now considering the possibility of using the property as a vacation rental or even a gallery dedicated to the collection.
Over ten years ago,” Breaking Bad,” which followed Walter White and Jesse Pinkman’s change from common men to infamous drug dealers, was over. However, the tradition of the display lives on through both reruns and fanfare as well as through the show’s filming locations in New Mexico, especially the house that served as Walter White’s residence.
Lately, New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham tapped Bryan Cranston, who portrayed Walter White, to help build a state plan against littering.
For Joanne Quintana, the decision to sell is melancholy. In 1973, her parents bought the house, and she and her sisters lived there. But as the popularity of” Breaking Negative” surged, so did the masses. The show’s enthusiasts started coming to the home in droves, some even seeing hundreds of cars pass by. The family’s inability to safeguard the property and their private led to the installation of a steel gate and surveillance cams to keep the fanatics at bay.
” Now that my kids are gone, it’s time to buy. Quintana shared in an appointment with TV station KOB-TV that this was our family home for about 52 years. ” We’re walking away with only our thoughts. It’s time to walk on”.
    A Clean with Hollywood
A video scout first knocked on the door of the home in 2006 to inquire if the space could be used for the show of” Breaking Bad.” The household, welcoming as ever, agreed, not imagining the scale the show may ultimately reach. They had the chance to join the stars, including Bryan Cranston, and yet watched behind the scenes. Quintana’s family usually kept the cast and crew well-fed with baked cookies.
All true interior scenes were captured in a studio while the interior of the house was used for preliminary shots. However, the courtyard served as the setting for one of the show’s most notorious moments: the pizza toss. Quintana recalls the captain’s thorough preparation for the picture, which included dozens of prepared pizzas in situation Cranston failed to get the pizza on the roof on his first try. But as viewers know, he did. One of the many memorable moments at this home was the famous pizza throw.
Although the effect of the show has been significant, the homeowners have had to resort to replicating the pizza throws or sneaking into the garden pool to recapture the show’s most memorable moments.
