Following Donald Trump’s swearing-in as the 47th US president on January 20, an Indian American Dhol group has been invited to take part in the rally from Capitol Hill to the White House. A media release from India’s Shivam Dhol Tasha Pathak, a Texas-based standard drum and catch outfit, will bring its radiant beats and upbeat beats to the city of Washington, DC, giving the world a glimpse of India’s abundant musical traditions during the event that will be watched by millions of people around the world, according to a press release on Monday.
This achievement is both a defeat for the opera and a distinctive instant for the Indian community in Texas, the US, and the rest of the world. A fluid, high-energy American traditional drum outfit from Texas will play on like a grand stage for the first time, according to the press release.
The team’s offer is” a celebration of the deepening historical ties between the US and India and a testament to the growing recognition of American society globe,” it continued.
The team has previously performed at a variety of activities, including religious festivals, to show off the strong drum kit, Dhol Tasha, to international audiences.
