A 27-year-old Ukrainian and her 51-year-old family were convicted of murder because they wanted to kill the younger person’s girl in a court in southwest Germany on Tuesday.
After undergoing a number of miscarriages and unsuccessful fertility treatments, the defendants were planning to steal the kitten girl and trade her as their own.
What we are aware of about the scenario
When the young family first came into contact with the few, the Mannheim District Court was informed that Ukrainian migrants were residing in the Wiesloch, in southwest Germany, immigrant hotel.
After joining a team on the Telegram messaging app to present translation assistance, the couple had purposefully targeted Ukrainian refugees who had been a result of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
The common prosecutor’s office claims that the crime’s motivation for the background was an unfulfilled desire to have a child between them.
The prosecution says the 43-year-old and the 44-year-old had long wanted a princess up. The piece now had four children in total, including a child they had together.
The Russian woman’s mother and both her and her child were due in February 2024, according to the prosecution.
At the beginning, the suspects did not show up in people.
In a speech read out by professionals, the man said,” I regret anything I have done.” ” We definitely wanted to have a child up, that was my sister’s most ardent wish”.
His family added,” I made a huge mistake”.
How the murder reportedly emerged
The pair went to a restaurant with the two ladies and quietly administered stimulant drugs, the jury was told at the beginning of March.
The attorney’s office said the 51-year-old therefore felt restless and the few pretended to want to take her to the hospital.
Instead, they drove the older girl, who was unconscious, to a river where the man fatally struck her, repeatedly hitting her in the brain before dumping her body in the river.
According to reports, the couple informed the young woman that her mother had a heart attack and had then driven to a bridge in Hockenheim with the young woman and the child.
That, the man allegedly killed the new mom, who was also suffering from a loss of consciousness due to the treatment, afterwards by hitting her on the mind. The body was therefore engulfed in flames, and the child was returned.
The younger defendant’s remains were discovered shortly after, while the younger victim’s family’s body was discovered by officers divers two weeks later.
The pair were taken into custody after the baby was discovered unharmed with the partners. They are accused of kidnapping a small and two counts of joint murder.
The prosecutor has scheduled trials for nine weeks until February 30.
