Coach Nick Rolovich, a Catholic, says he may have received a spiritual provision
Washington State University had” only reason” to fire mind basketball coach Nick Rolovich for refusing a COVID-19 vaccine, a federal judge ruled Monday.
Rolovich, ( pictured ) who is Catholic, sued the public institution for discrimination after being terminated , in 2021 in the middle of the football season.

Rolovich claimed that WSU discriminated against him based on his religious beliefs by violating Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Washington Law Against Discrimination ( WLAD ). He likewise claimed breach of contract and pay holding, arguing that WSU lacked simply cause for his departure.

When Rolovich was fired, he had worked the first two years of a five-year,$ 3.2 million commitment, and had three more times, ESPN reported recently.
