    Yikes: The Tense and Awkward Moments at Jimmy Carter’s Funeral

    While much of the world’s attention has been focused on the continued fire in Los Angeles, original President Jimmy Carter’s death took place on Thursday. Nevertheless, the event’s intended purpose quickly grew sober that attendees could feel the tension in their faces.

    The spectacle of social posturing and strained handshakes, among the royal obligations to recognize the former president, was enough to make the sideshow worth watching. President Donald Trump passed Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau at the beginning. Trudeau’s side-eye was essentially a article in itself. &nbsp,

    The glance revealed complex ties between the two, especially since Trudeau’s resignation earlier this week was brought on by Trump’s tariff war. One can only wonder what was running through Trudeau’s head as Trump passed — no words exchanged, only a chilly stare.

    Next came the hugs. Al Gore and Mike Pence, both previous vice president, and Trump exchanged a handshake. The second with Pence, though, was particularly noteworthy. The two gentlemen, who have experienced disagreements, appeared to be carrying out the social equivalent of a royal responsibility without much more or less. &nbsp,

    The Bush and Clinton families ‘ sarcasm was the real sight, though. As they walked past him, no one spoke a word, and the snow in the room was apparent. &nbsp,

    Despite ignoring Trump, the Trees and Outfit did so with a certain dignity. Barack Obama, but, went a step further, sharing a small but authentic time of conversation with Trump. Trump made an appearance to make a joke that Obama laughed at, making it seem like a happy time between Trump and the person who spied on his 2016 presidential campaign using the federal government. &nbsp,

    The introduction of Joe and Jill Biden added some play to the course of the story, as if the image weren’t already too uncomfortable. They had to sit next to Kamala Harris and her father, Doug Emhoff. The body language of Jill Biden, who sat next to Kamala, was particularly cool. &nbsp,

    Yowza! Look at this snapshot.

    The shyness was so present that CNN’s Jake Tapper made a place of noting the” windy welcome” between Biden and Harris.

    And speaking of body language, how would you view this:

    Biden appears to be taking a siesta, after all.

    Watching Hillary Clinton was another show I enjoyed. She expressed her inner apprehension over the possibility of being near President Trump once more, particularly now that he has won a second term. &nbsp,

    The true story may be about who didn’t show up, despite the theatre at the death being amusing. If you didn’t get it in the videos above, Michelle Obama was somewhat absent. Her company offered no explanation for her no-show, save that she had a” scheduling fight,” but CNN reported that she’s now in Hawaii on what’s described as an” prolonged vacation.”

    Boy, does that leave a lot of room for another blog!
