As the former independent presidential member seeks confirmation for a major public health position in the Trump presidency, New York election officials are being urged to check whether Robert F. Kennedy Jr. committed voting fraud by casting his November vote from a rejected address.
Accountable. A liberal watchdog group called US asked the state Division of Election Law Police to check whether Kennedy had committed any crimes by using an address in one of New York City’s well-to-do cities to send mail ballots in the previous election.
After discovering that Kennedy’s rented apartment in Katonah to be his” fake” address, a state judge in New York overturned him from the election for president last summer. The judge claimed that the heir of the well-known Democratic political dynasty actually lived in California with his wife, actor Cheryl Hines, in” Curb your enthusiasm.”
Kennedy repeatedly appealed the court’s decision.
According to the complaint made to the elections business, public records indicate that Kennedy voted by mail in November of that year at the same address that the judge had invalidated.
” Mr. Kennedy was well aware of the decisions finding that he was not a legal citizen of this Katonah solve as the defendant in this case. Despite this irrefutable information, Mr. Kennedy voted from the house anyway”, according to the problem dated Monday.
Kennedy is then President-elect Donald Trump’s candidate to guide the Department of Health and Human Services. He is expected to experience difficult questions if he propagates anti-vaccine opinions.
New York’s vote protection department received an email asking for comments on Thursday.
Trump’s change group received a text message asking for reply, and RFK Jr.’s former campaign spokesperson also received a phone call.
Kennedy claimed in the first trial that he had always planned to move back to New York and that he had moved there a decade ago so he could remain with his family. He said he rented a room in a friend’s home in Katonah, about 40 miles ( 65 kilometers ) north of Midtown Manhattan, though had only slept in that room once due to his constant campaign travel.
