Donald Trump, the president-elect of the United States, made a comment on a popular video that showed a friendly trade between him and former president Barack Obama on Thursday. At the death of former senator Jimmy Carter, the two were spotted chatting and laughing as they sat side by side.
During an appointment with Fox News ‘ Peter Doocy at Mar-a-Lago, Trump addressed the meeting, stating,” It did appear very polite, I must say”.
” I didn’t realize how helpful it looked. Only a few days ago, just before I came in, I saw it on your great system and said,” Boy, they look like two people that like each other.” And we definitely do”, he added.
Trump did not disclose what he and Obama were discussing, but he continued,” We have much different ideas, right? I don’t know, we really got on. But I was able to get along with everyone with that. We all got along very well behind before we left, as you may well know.
He even criticized California’s state and local leaders for how they handled the Los Angeles fire, and he also discussed his ongoing attention in Greenland and the possibility of adding Canada as the state 51st, according to the Politico.
What were they talking about?
According to criminal lipreader Jeremy Freeman, Trump told Obama to “find a silent place” to discuss things of “importance” afterwards.
Freeman’s study of Trump’s mouth moves revealed him saying to Obama,” I’ve pulled out of that. It’s the problems. Can you imagine that”? To which Obama responded with an understanding joke, as Trump continued,” and after, I will”, before the TV cameras cut away.
Their trade continued with Trump stating,” Visit me at the fay after, yep”, seemingly referring to the National Cathedral’s hall. Obama acknowledged with a wink and replied,” Can you just… it should be fine”.
” I didn’t talk, we have to find a quiet place somewhere. This is a matter of importance and we need to do this inside so that we can cope with it, undoubtedly, today”, Trump expressed, while Obama nodded in agreement, Post reported.
According to Freeman’s speech, the two appeared to be discussing foreign contracts. Could this have been a simple guide to Trump’s well-known choices to retreat from Obama’s location policies, such as the Iran nuclear deal or the Paris Climate Agreement?
