Stockin entered guilty pleas for 36 works — known as” requirements” in military court — of abusive sexual contact and five counts of indecent seeing.
Stockin, an physician and pain-management doctor, started working at Madigan in 2019. According to the , U. S. Army Office of Special Trial Counsel, he would ask female patients to reduce their underwear, therefore feel their testicles under the pretense of health care. Without any testimony, he would consider the circumstances in to a different examination place in some cases.
The Army’s research into Stockin began in , February 2022. After a year-plus research, he was charged with 23 works of abusive sexual contact and obscene viewing. By , January 2024, the amount had grown to 41 men prosecutors.

Stockin, who is in his 30s, was originally an Army physician at , Tripler Army Medical Center , in , Honolulu , and , Walter Reed National Military Medical Center , in , Maryland. After he started working at Madigan, he was deployed to , Iraq , from , October 2020 , to , February 2021, according to the , Army Office of Special Test Counsel. When the Army began its research in February 2022, he was given a one-month suspension from individual treatment.
His court-martial is scheduled to maintain this year, with the judge questioning him on each matter. His word, if the judge accepts his innocent appeal, isn’t clear.
At least 22 people who say they were biologically abused by Stockin have filed Federal Tort Claims Act operational problems against the , Army , and , Department of Defense, alleging the , U. S.  , army was guilty in failing to protect people.
Those problems are still in their infancy.
